Imoutgoodbye
This nerve should be shot and killed.... EDIT: I should probably add, this is the second time in my life I have ever pinched it and while I am off work, I still have to lift my son out and into his playpen, crib, and highchair, plus scramble after him when he needs his diaper changed. I hate this nerve. Gives a new meaning to no pain, no gain.
Dizz
My friend had sciatica so bad that she was using a walker. She is NOT an old lady. She found a skilled masseuse who took care of it relatively quickly. No more walker and no more pain.
Imoutgoodbye
My friend had sciatica so bad that she was using a walker. She is NOT an old lady. She found a skilled masseuse who took care of it relatively quickly. No more walker and no more pain. It's quite a bit of pain, but I've found I can take care of it by myself alternating between laying on a hard surface (floor) while elevating my legs behind the knees with several pillows and stretching my back. However, someone tried to tell me to put a heating pad in a trash bag, lay a wet towel over it, and go to bed like that at night. Yeah, right. 1. Never sleep on a heating pad. You're risking severe burns when you wake up. 2. Never mix the words "wet" and "electric".
