Imoutgoodbye
Pb (NO3) 2 (AQ) + (NH4) 2 S (AQ) Anyone familiar with this crap? Not to that level. However, I'm quite positive Mya can help you. If you want Physics help, then come back and see me. Unless it's related to electricity/resistance/friction, then go see Dey. -Totenkopf-
Used to study chem. Been 7 years since I did my uni chemistry though so very very rusty.

Mindflayer
Pb (NO3) 2 (AQ) + (NH4) 2 S (AQ) Anyone familiar with this crap? Yes.. what are you looking to do? Looks like you have lead nitrate in aquaeous solution + ammonium sulfide in solution.. that would be one smelly test tube/beaker lol If anything, that's a simple double replacement reaction. Imoutgoodbye
Pb (NO3) 2 (AQ) + (NH4) 2 S (AQ) = you're f***ed That's not true. It's science and science rocks! Firstly, we know it's unbalanced. So, first step is to balance it. This is an ionic equation. However, much like Tater Tot, I'm rusty. EDIT: I might be way off, but this reminds me of my high school chem class. Which, if I remember right, was like the equivalent to a Chem 101 class in college. Mindflayer
It's already balanced for the love of Anume! It's a SIMPLE double replacement reaction with a precipitate forming within the aqueous solution. Stick to faith Reverend, I'll handle the science. Pb(NO3)2 [aq] + (NH4)2S [aq] => 2NH4NO3 [aq] + PbS

The-Nameless
Used to study chem. Been 7 years since I did my uni chemistry though so very very rusty. I am in the same boat. Here is the scenario: My buddy steve mentions I dabbled with chem (most I do know is conversion charts to map generation of hydrogen in an HHO generator). The girl who was asking missed class, and had this as an assignment. She comes and starts talking to me and, to be frank, she is wearing a very complimenting shirt. VERY. So I said I would see what I can do. Most of what I saw was gorgeous c-cup. Disclaimer: I fell into man trap. Large breasts distracted me and for that I will be labeled a sexist pig. Kiss my *** they where awesome and I am a MAN.

The-Nameless
I can't generally be bothered with anything less than a D. These where BIG c's in a shirt meant to barely cover moderate b's. Needless to say it was like carrying a cantaloupe with a sling for an apple. Malchaeius
She is taking a college level chemistry course, and could not do a simple double displacement? One which the chemical formula of the reactants have already been balanced? I highly doubt it. Perhaps she was looking for a reason to talk to you, and fabricated this problem as the means to break the proverbial ice?
