I'm still running around Gran Pulse looking for monsters to destroy my party.

My son says its a huge disappointment. But I think he keeps getting stuck or something, who knows. I do not do games wher controllers are required. Although I do enjoy watching him play some of them, borderlands is intense, dragon age was less than impressive considering the amount of hype.

So, assuming you do proceed at the storyline pace until you get to the ark, you should be doing fine. When you are in the arc though, for ease with the eidelon's that come after that, you should master as far as you can the three starting roles. This just makes it easier hp wise to get through the eidelon battles, which were the only tough part really.. You should stay on Pulse untill you again at last master as far again those three starting roles, and then get to lvl 2 at least one of the other roles. For the end fight against orphan and the like I advise training fang as a synergist until she hits her limit. Do all the mission on pulse at least until you finish the majority all d and c missions and most of the b, even some of the A are possible. Upgrade the weapons at least once, this get easier when you leave pulse, but take them as far as you can before leaving.

shrug the rest was all gravy for me after leaving pulse, only a few hours untill the final battles and movies...They are exceptionally difficult I would say if you dont have at least 6-9K Hit points before leaving pulse. Snow was over 10k and hope was around 6.5k when i left pulse...
