Just one thing to add as a couple people had already read this before Lytholm nuked it

Sometimes a skill gets changed because telling people to stop abusing or misusing it grows too much bother. That does NOT mean per se that there was anything wrong with the skill itself however.

To go back on topic, if you think something is broken, bring it on the prayer forum, best with a couple logs showing why you think it is broken. Then it will be discussed, if we agree, a change will come.
