Zix was fun, and very powerful, but never really got involved in the RP enough to care about the character. Also blms are not my style. Had fun RPing with Philly, and you Brehan as well, but in the end I just felt detatched from what I wanted to be RPing, and it seemed it all was boiling down to PK, and basic pack mind RP, which was no longer fun. Sorry to all you out there. To be honest I had planned on doing it a bit ago, but when I logged on to do it, I had been promoted to T. It seemed like I owed it to Brehan to at least put some effort it. In the end it still came to I could not get excited about playing Zix anymore. All in all it is fun. But I doubt I will be playing a blm again, just not a style of combat I like using. No shoutouts. Yes I even wore ice armor and dealt with having no onslaught to fight you. and you still hit oblits through sanc, and cast around fury easy enough. I might have logs of it going through sanc at oblits. Jibber is right. The fireball changed ****ed ferals, and I proll ywon't play another. Sandbox Posted March 17, 2010 Report Share Posted March 17, 2010 i actually think ferals fire vuln is a bit much lol, i've killed ferals with as little as 5-6 flaming arrows at 50. I did not see Anister alot, and usually had alot to do otherwise. I do not want this taken as I quit cause I feel mechanics are broken. I just thought that is how you guys want ferals. Sandbox Posted March 18, 2010 Report Share Posted March 18, 2010 i wish i had the logs of me doing obliterates using fiery arrows on gladea.. the easiest way to re-gear on a archer ranger was just find a feral and shoot them a few times, i remember 3 rounded on my feral ninja by an invoker, i had to replace my keyboard after that one. oh yea and two low lvl fiery daggers can pretty much 1 shot you with backstab at 50 been a victim of that before on a feral ranger. 600hp doesn't go far when ur getting for 200hp per round. Take that you mangy cats!!! -65 is good, but you can get better Fireball was and very good spell. Until they changed something in the Saves. I suspect that it was something along the lines of each aff save you had cuted one point of damage. But something must have been bugged with the formula. That was why you had very strange damage vs PC. I saw once a spell "miss" like you miss vs AC in meele. Now Fireball is back to PK. It was practically useless. To the point that I would use Icestorm over FIreball. "I would take oblits-demos through sanc with 65 affl saves. which means he can kill me in 3-4 rounds. cut it in half with fury, its still 6 rounds. Thats a good kill for anyone." This I would love to see in a Log. === Demolish === though Sanctuary ? Probably on a Invocker which can cast Higher Level spells (more damage) and amplify damage thought Fireshield. 6 rounds are a good kill ? I have fought warriors that would kill my Cleric in 4 rounds.
