Rp Standards for Qraces and Cabal Elders/Leaders

Sadly, we have found that it is often the case that people roleplay well UNTIL they get what they were aiming for and then stop. We'll put an end to this now.

Qraces/classes as well as cabal Elders and Leaders will be watched more regularly throughout their lifetimes. They are held to higher standards of BOTH PK and RP. If they keep continually silently PK-ing or doing nothing at all, they will get a warning. If they do not improve after that, the characters will face demotion or denial.
