Deravgner
Consider this: You are a syndicate' date=' the e-skill (the only thing I believe should be toned) will be used against you in the area outside your cabal or in the area outside the Tribunal cabal because you will either be defending the enemies standard, your own standard, retrieving your own or taking the enemy's. Both of those areas are impossible to run around in, avoiding the Tribunal with the e-skill for more than perhaps a few hours if you get lucky. A syndicate = wanted. The syndicate stand no chance unless he is beating the Tribunal in question. I can think of a possible way to escape in a situation like this, but it involves cabal abilities and it may not solve the problem even if it works. [CABAL INFO REMOVED] In defense to this situation, I HAVE had an enemy of Tribunals. Standard gets taken, I go to retrieve. Said Trib doesn't even try to defend the Altar, they just wait till the item is retrieved and spam the special ability in the one room outside the Cabal. Drained vs an enemy in a small space is almost always a loss. There's no way to even return your standard because the duration of said skill is WAY too long. Chayesh
This is nothing new and enemies of Justice would have found themselves in a similar situation.
Mudder
My only argument is that the 'e' skill does last too long.. I've had one person even agree with that. Can I have a comment on why the duration of this ability is not too long? It lands everytime as long as the skill is successful (IE: Not affected by eq) Thats my reasoning, added in with the affects, on why it lasts too long. (Yes I have not read 2 pages, so if this was commented on i'm sorry and please direct me to which page, because DAMN! This thread grows pages in a couple hours and most of it is the same old crap over and over..)
Deravgner
This is nothing new and enemies of Justice would have found themselves in a similar situation. Not Outlawed or special caballed enemies. And this goes for both cases, when you take their standard, THEY DON'T DEFEND. Council sits outside cabal till you take it and special abilities you and wears you down. Tell me this is how cabal warfare with Tribunals is meant to be and ill never roll an enemy of Tribunals again.
Chayesh
Having watched your recent fights with Council Tribunals, your post is highly inaccurate to the point of being libelous. If you wish to talk specifics, I can give them to you over on the prayer forum.
Goomf
Why not make that eskill affect both parties?
H&R
Why not make that eskill affect both parties? Yeah, I suggested that too on the prayers section. I believe something should be done about it, if only the slightest change, so we can be calm again.
Raargant
There is already something to that effect inherent in the e-skill.
H&R
There is already something to that effect inherent in the e-skill. I know for a fact that they can escape the area on foot while you are under its effect making you unable to chase, unless it was changed since I fought Martineius with Vaqillion... Mudder
The 'e' skill from old Justice(if unchanged, I believe it wasn't) does not allow them to leave the area and keep you stuck inside. This is getting into a lot of specifics but what happened you just didn't understand. It was not what you thought. Now if it was changed from the normal Justice then thats crap. Lol. I think way more people would be likely to break the law if there wasn't such a high change you'd become outlawed.

Chayesh
As to its powers, e-skill is unchanged to my knowledge, other than outlaws are no longer immune. Behrens may know differently.

F-3000
All I can say, is that it still requires skill to be a successful Tribunal. And good ping to the server. Besides, vampires are overpowered, especially in skillful hands. [Edit] What is has to do with ping, you ask? I'll explain... (Considering there's 39 steps between the rooms,) Dude who got 50ms ping, can run from Val Miran cq to Rheydin cq in 1,95 seconds, while dude with 150ms ping will spend 5,85 seconds. That's rather BIG difference. In other words, I would suck as Tribunal. I would lose any running-match against the better ping. Actually, I once was assassinated by ninja when he ran past me while I was fleeing. I have been reattacked RIGHT after fleeing, even I wasnt lagged anyhow, and had entered direction to go. Sucks to be me, eh?
Warpnow
Or for, someone like me, with a 450 ping...at best, you have no chance of ever chasing or running from any skilled player. Plus, ever 10-15 minutes, I have 30 seconds of lag...where I can't do anything at all. EDIT: Actually, of the four packets I ping the server with...one is around 420, another 445, another around 455 and one timed out. Doesn't my connection rock? Grumpy
I just checked my ping, its 208. Is that a good ping? Just wondering, anyone from Australia? How are your ping rates like?
Chayesh
"Rock" is a pretty apt term to describe that connection. As in "fast as a..". My ping is about 28ms.
