Jedi_Donkey
I think some people aren't catching the idea of leading. Leading does not mean you have the ability to call votes and veto. Leading means you take the initiative to lead. You can lead by ordering fellow cabal members to do things, if you have the respect and you're badass enough, you may just be able to pull it off. You can lead by example. If someone dishonors you(as a warmaster) and you make an example of them. Perhaps other warmasters will follow suit. Leading means a lot, and I'm sure the Imms want to see you display some balls and leadership qualities before they just give you elder/leader. You ever get a job that you are immediately the CEO of a company? Yeah, I didn't think so. You gotta earn it, and mostly from proving you are ready and able to lead. That's not by being in the company for 10 years and doing nothing great.
Aulian
Exactly. Just attack someone till they vendetta you. **** - I should play a warmaster.

I've been on the recieving end while you on the hand have been on the giving. Still, I would be willing to do it again if it actually means you will get to E/L first. That is not the case though. Jedi_Donkey
Well then don't be a Warmaster? That was just an example anyhow. No reason to get your panties in a bunch. But being someone who has had repeated elders/leaders, I think maybe I did something right? If you haven't noticed, those who have gotten Trusted in their cabals have been continuing the effort and in my eyes are above and boyond the other players. Hence why there are so few Trusted and so many Veteran cabal members.

Chromatic
Someone who actually understands what I try to push most of my cabal members towards..... Perhaps we can work something out for druids..... Then again, probabaly not. Lytholm. I would see druids as a good fit in the barbarian subcabal as their skills/commune stuff is more about being granted the ability to 'shape your battlefield' than just casting spells all willy-nilly. It'd also add a new dimension I think. I tried it once but it was in the time when the WM imm was gone and I also for some reason made a new battle who had 400 hours before ever being promoted from I, of course when I brought it up on the forums me and the 4 battles that were in such a state were immediately inducted into WM. You just have to make the imms aware of things, they're awesome and take care of stuff quick-like when they can.
Sandbox
communers in warmaster? o.0 thats the last thing we need is a druid with that kinda offense lol.
Chromatic
i would be thoroughly amused, at least. I really don't see a reason for them to be in it, it'd just be interesting. I don't think rangers should get to keep their two spells in WM(they may not in one subcabal, I wouldn't know) I just like to see both sides, of all the 'caster/communer' classes it's the only one I would agree with it being even allowed the opportunity to be a WM class with some skills/spells being removed. f0xx
I don't think rangers should get to keep their two spells in WM(they may not in one subcabal' date=' I wouldn't know)[/quote'] Then do not make such statements. Rangers, just as ninjas, lose their spells when they join WM.

Croyvern
blademasters get to keep their spells... ninja's are allowed in warmaster now? This has crossed my mind before, the syntax should not have been cast like a common mage, it should have been focus.
f0xx
Blademaster's have stances, it's not a typical spell really. Ninjas are not allowed, but we've had a ninja in WM before and he lost his spells. I've done "exams" for ninjas WM wannabes in the past, and the exact thing I wanted to see is wether they would rely much on their spells.
