Timeline of what happened so far from one of the participants pov:

Ulystryxx proclaims the return of Lloth and declares herself high priestess.

Ulyrstyxx is contacted by an extraplanar demon, presumable a yochlol or Lloth herself.

Ulystryxx (Savant) recruits Kaylia (Syndicate) and Liathia (Nexus) to form a tribunal to revitalize the traditional drow religion.

The three are visited by a powerful yochlol and given distinct tasks:

-Ulystryxx to prepare the summoning ritual

-Liathia to provide the energy for the ritual

-Kaylia to investigate and test the faith of noteworthy drow. Kaylia is also given a secret task, unknown to the other members of the tribunal, to organize the theft of all the cabal standards, including her own. Kaylia was given an artifact to help her with this nearly impossible task.

Kaylia becomes the manager of the Syndicate bank accounts, providing a material base for the fledgling religion.

Kaylia gains Kurvikhel's (Syndicate) to begin making logging machine designs. Chizu (Cartel) completes those designs.

Ulystryxx officially renews the religion of Lloth and a new temple is constructed in Xymerria using Kaylia's funds.

Ulystryxx's access to the Savant archives allows the secrets of spider summoning to be relearned.

Nyxin (Cartel) finds a way to circumvent the bank system's security.

Ulystryxx is formally named high priestess of Lloth and Kaylia is named matron of Xymerria.

Garpenlov (Cartel) designs a subtle poison that can be introduced into a water supply.

The tribunal recruits and soldifies the new religion.

*some years pass*

Liathia disappears from the world, presumably lost to the Rift. Kaylia assumes the duty of providing energy for the ritual.

Ulyrstryxx locates the position best suited for summoning Lloth back to Aabahran.

Kaylia forms a pact with Solec (Knight) and Daviaus (Knight) making the Syndicate and Knight allies. The Syndicate spies on Knight activities and plans their reaction to the summoning.

Kaylia leaks vital security flaws in the Knight infrastructure to Mephisoleer (Nexus).

Kaylia gains strategic and tactical command of the Syndicate's defense and contigency plans with Kurvikhel's approval. She drastically changes the plans in preparations for the summoning.

Solec and Daviaus are killed.

Kaylia finishes her preparations for acquiring the cabal standards and using them as an energy source.

Kendriks (Savant) and Kaylia form a pact. Kendriks rallies the goblins and gremlins of the Witch Wood to be used by the Syndicate in the future.

Kurvikhel disappears. Kaylia and Philantees form a close personal union and jointly run the Syndicate.

Ulystryxx is killed by the legendary Warmaster Scholin in mortal combat. Kaylia assumes the duties of the high priestess and of preparing the ritual.

*Some years pass*

Kaylia obtains a detailed map of the Warmaster fort and plots their reaction to the summoning.

Nyra (Tribunal) rises to power and forms a pact with Kaylia.

Nyra and Kaylia begin to attack each other in a contest of superiority and over the intepretation of Order and Chaos.

Nyra retires from active Tribunal service and Kaylia is unopposed once more.

Kaylia builds a new temple to Darkness, under the Cycle and Lloth, using Syndicate funds. The relationship between the drow and the undead is greatly strengthed in anticipation for the coming of Lloth.

*Some years pass*

Kaylia is visited by the Demon lord Molokhan and is given the beginning lessons of demonology and pyschic studies. With this knowledge, Kaylia is able to advance in her preparations for summoning Lloth and begins the first rituals.

The elven princess Orelinde is abducted by members of the Syndicate as a cooperative effort between the drow and illithid. Kaylia's intent is to use Orelinde as a sacrifice during the summoning ritual.

Brehan gains custody of Orelinde and an auction is opened to see who will get her.

Dillory (Herald) and Kaylia bid against each other.

Kaylia unlocks the final secrets of the ritual and begins to move in full force.

Kaylia suggests and provides the means for a series of bank heists in the major cities and convinces Brehan to have the cartel execute them for funds to build logging machines. Kaylia's double intent is to put the Tribunal on high alert and a drow spy is sent to investiage the strength of the Tribunal reaction.

Kaylia orders the construction of the previously designed giant logging machines under the guise of a commodities venture and weakly attempts to frame the Tribunal. Kaylia's intent is to spark a Watcher reaction and to direct the world's attention away from her summoning preparations.

Kaylia sees to the secret design and begins the construction of a shrine to Lloth.

The agents of Lloth gain notice of Kaylia's advancing plans and forces of yochlol arrive in Aabahran. Lloth's driders and spiders also begin to be seen acting as spies.

Heuajru (Warmster), Erilaan (Warmaster), Luthei (Knight), and Vaelin (Herald) begin to organize rescue operations for princess Orelinde. They successfully find her but are not able to rescue her.

Erilaan and Luthei plan to disrupt the logging effort, but Kaylia overhears them and Luthei is killed. Kaylia tries to push Erilaan to rescue the princess with the intent that it is easier to take her back rather than paying Brehan's fee.

Erilaan fails to rescue Orelinde after much effort but does claim much of the Syndicate stockpile of wood in the name of Warmaster.

Heuajru uses the wood to construct powerful seige engines which are used to assault the drow stronghold of Xymerria, causing minimal damage.

Mespheena gains the attention of Lloth and rises in prominence.

Heuajru finds Kaylia's position and overpowers her, claiming fourteen million gold in the process and gaining much valuable time for the resistance.

UPDATE:

Drow priestesses, among them Hessna, led by Kaylia chanted an ancient ritual in the newly build Shrine of Lloth in order to summon their goddess fully to this plane.

Forsaken Valkynsra spilled the blood of several of the priestesses, then seemingly joined in the ritual.

Several more non-drow arrived: Ahmenes, the Minstrel of the Damned; the demon Oppressant of the Tribunal; the freedom-loving mage Morgael, accompanied by a druid and an elven girl.

Kaylia used a mysterious orb to open a Rift in the ritual, at the very last moment Valkynsra and Morgael tried to disrupt the ritual, however Valkynsras efforts to smash the orb failed.

A small rift opened, but all that came forth was a sputtering beam of energy. The rift was too small and unstable.

Guided by an earlier vison Ahmenes realized what was missing in the ritual, drow blood had been spilled, but elven blood was still missing, the two that had been separated so long finnally merging again. Only the Forsaken held him back from slicing an elven slave's throat and thus completing the ritual. In the meantime Valkynsra attacked Oppressant and the demon's blood was also spilled, mingling with the pool of blood without anyone noticing.

Kaylia then sacrificed her elven slave, completing the ritual, but alas - or perhaps thank the gods - the demon's blood had changed the disired result and what stepped forth from the now expanding rift was a paincrazed, raging demon queen, the Queen of Swords. In a rampage the Queen slayed many of those present before she herself fell to the combined efforts of her adversaries.

For now, the danger is over.
