So, was perusing the "currently active users" link and saw someone looking at the 1.0 roll call list I started back in 2006 and it got me thinking (yes, dangerous, I know, especially when I'm tired):

How about we get a little thread going of "Remember when back in 1.0 or remember back in 2.0"? No 3.0, please.

I remember back in 1.0 when I was playing my first DK, I ran into a DK with the last name of Vepiras. I was out of the Val Miran guild hall (there used to be evil guild halls in Val Miran for anyone who wasn't around in that time before The Cleansing) and running for my life because every other DK I had ever met wanted to kick my @$$! Oddly enough, we had a good conversation and sipped tea in the guild hall.

Then she kicked my @$$. First time I didn't mind dying. :D

I remember in FL 2.0 when two guys asked me for a hunting party in emerald and when I arrived they ganged me and killed me :P

*chuckle* That seemed fairly common in 2.0. My first monk was raped by a group of 3 at level 26....and I'm going WTF?!?! Prayed my little head off over and over after they came back and did it a second time. Wasn't so good with the notes back then. Then again, I heard a rumor that there were some AR players trying to ruin the game.

Actually, I was thinking about my first Justice, an ogre berserker, and how I had just been inducted when the V in the cabal for some reason faerie fogged in town, causing a citizen to yell.

I just stood there, like..."WTF am I supposed to do?!"

My first capture....my own cabal mate....:rolleyes:

Never played with it but heard about it (illusionist wasn't it?) - forcing someone to delete anyone?

Do you remember when Seri was the leader of Justice? OMG, a half elf that people didn't want to cross :eek: :cool:
