Akoz
So.... I sorta of sent a text message to my supervisor instead of my co worker... See a job opening came available in the store and a bunch of people applied. I knew I wasn't going to get it but a large group of us knew who wasn't going to get it. Well that person go the job. So it was a kick in the face to everyone else who applied. So I sent a text message when I found out... Ill call this guy Bad Epployee Sent - "Bad Employee" Lol Lol Lol Sent - Thats the worst ****ing decision he could have made!! Well it went to my supervisor (not the guy who made the desicion btw) and now my GM and Supervisor want to talk to me tommorow. I wonder how much trouble I can get into for this?.. lol Good thing ive been looking for a new job for awhile.

mmajunkie
This is going to be big trouble. A) why are you texting while working you basically disrespected the mgmt team who made the choice C) in-office gossip, especially about the job/mgmt, is highly frowned on I could keep going but it would sound like I'm attacking you. basically, I hope you've got another job lined up, or at least some interviews. Is it a large company? They made not have an HR policy for something like this and actually CAN"T fire you by their own policy. You work for Geek Squad right? They have a ridiculous HR policy where they have to call their HR, give the case, then wait for a decision from HR, and THEN fire you. I doubt they will fire you, but you most likely will be on a final notice and they will start looking for every reason to write you up again and then fire you. So you really need to double your efforts looking for a new job..
