Amaruil
And I, being the upstanding citizen that I am, may have joined in with the Jets catcalling ines sainz. I think she painted those jeans on. In real fooseball: The pack looks good, but losing Grant will hurt. My Hokies are an embarrassment.

But did you know Florida doesn't have seasons? No one alerted me to that fact Fall is Summer, Winter is Indian Summer, Spring is Summer, and Summer is HELL... HBwillie
Went 10-6 on my picks in the first week. Dallas has a ton of offensive and defensive talent, but they still have trouble defending the long ball, and the problems with their O-line are well documented. I believe the problem starts with Coach Phillips and his laid back attitude, and trickles down to Jason Garrett's bad offensive play-calling. That being said, there are a ton of possibilities this year. If Cassell was worth a damn and his line could protect him, the Chiefs could be contenders. The Ravens are awesome. The Packers are awesome. The Patriots are awesome. I think Atlanta is gonna be ok. Even though the Steelers didn't have Big Ben in week 1, their defense is still outstanding. Mendenhall is no joke, either. Tennessee might just be awesome. Although they don't have much of an offense, the Jets' defense is second to none. Saints are awesome. Peras
If the Jets can get their offense up, I think they might be a contender this year. At least Sanchez is willing to throw the ball, now.
Demiterracotta
As long as the packers sack Favre a few times I'll be happy (yes, sour grapes). And BSU won the opener! I love finally being Alumni of a competitor!
HBwillie
I picked the Saints for the back-to-backer. Packers, Ravens and Patriots all have a shot.
Akoz
Did you see the saints vs vikings game? Viks played like CRAP ( just as expected, they ALWAYS play like crap in the first 4 games) and the saints barely won, its like the O and D line took a we are the superbowl champs nap. The saints wont get far if they don't put some back into that game. Im not taking away from their win last season, but come on.. they won alot of games vs crap teams and the ones that were not crap were close and riddled with mistakes form the other team. EDIT: P.S. Texans > Dallas will be my dream for this year, if they can also topple the titans, man oh man what a year!!!

Croyvern
I do not watch Pro ball. I just can't do it. There was a sports illustrated commercial about ten years ago, the camera zooms in on a couple of running backs in the endzone. These two characters are bad mouthing their quarterback, one says to the other "If he isn't going to try I ain't either!". I was disgusted. College ball is full of young men who still have to prove they are someone, they dive for the ball, they give it all they have. They are not worried about their "million dollar hands". Even more fun for me, is High School and younger players. THEY really go for it. Thank Heavens for Texas, they put the all state playoffs on pay per view. If you ever get a chance to watch the Texas state finals for 10-12 year olds, I seriously advise watching. That said, My Oklahoma State Cowboys are looking good this year.
