I do so love how this post was necro'd for a legitimate question and we're already arguing about the same stuff on 3-4 different threads. (not the question but the Mya and the whole other scene) :D

You guys are my heroes, but damn it's hard to remember what points are made in what thread. ;)

NOT complaining about the arguments, guy needs some sort of entertainment right?

Friday night checklist complete:

Drink beer

Play some FL

Drink beer

Post ridiculously long and idiotic posts on forums that in the morning will make me go 'Was I farming a post count?'

Time for bed. :D

I hope I get a permanent quest credit for this.

Honestly there are alot of good reasons to go ADV. One I like is to solidify RP, and get some people involved. It is much easier to RP freely when the risk of attack is low (nil in this case). Also, weapon training for monks. You can knock sword/dagger out of the way off the rip. It is also a good way to eat up hours if your planning on being a qrace. Great way to let your character actually evolve. I mean if your talented in basic magic, don't you think you should be exposed to some more before you dedicate to a guildhall? What if your character in an IC way likes death magic, but not really the fleet of pets? Why wouldn't he then be an invoker? Or a shaman?

You cannot just say advents are power gamers Mya. If I am not mistaken you made an elf combat cleric to try to exploit mindflayer ;) So before you start throwing rocks, make sure all the windows are open in that glass house.
