Zavero
You forgot where she is from and you expect her to be cool with that. Haha. It's obviously not going to work if you are forgetting easy facts about the girl. Move on.
EyeSeeU
Rangers would eat the Giants lol Giants are a low scoring offence and rely on their pitcher, while the rangers boost the best pitcher the MLB and still have a nice @bat. Roy Halladay is the best pitcher in MLB, might wanna look up the stats over the past 10 years. Doc Halladay is the most consistent and reliable. This year he threw not one but two No-No's including a perfect game. Where is Cliff Lee's perfect game? So much for your Theory, your best pitcher lost two games in the World Series, Giants won like I said they would.
Grim_Reefer
Hey, shut up. Baseball is an old man's sport. I'm only watching the rangers because the Cowboys got abducted by aliens.
EyeSeeU
Football is turning into an old man's sport. Oh no don't tackle him that way! Seriously this recent buzz with the whole helmet to helmet garbage is just plain moronic. The reason why football players get paid so much is because they play a dangerous and violent sport, with that come risks, helmet to helmet is a risk. Suck it up executives and get that damn new collective bargaining agreement signed for christ sake!
samag08
The wife is a regional manager for a franchised chain and I am a project manager for the second largest contractor in my state. We both had well above average gpa's and slight-fairly above average I.Q's. What I am trying to tell you is that lends itself to many 'discussions' on many issues. However, before we were married I had dated many 'sweet but not so bright' women and I always felt like I was babysitting. I guess it all depends on which role you prefer to play. I'd like someone equal to or more intelligent than myself - a rewarding ride, and you may learn a few things. Splitting up family duties is easy because both of you are fully capable of excelling in many roles. I do not mind her not making sense most of the time, she is so darn cute - Start a daycare and hope you meet someone in the former group;) We just celebrated our 13th wedding anniversary in Sept. Take my word that the 'sweet' part wanes over time and it is just you two and your thoughts. And eachother:eek: This is all null and void if you are simply seeking to once again relate to the modern life of being a single man. In that case - Enjoy life(responsibly)! Pali
As someone who has no intentions of ever being married and is quite happy single... I must say that the only kind of girl who could possibly change my mind on that would have to be at least as intelligent as I am. I cannot imagine being happy spending the majority of my life with someone who does not constantly challenge my thinking - there is nothing more amazing to me than a genius-level lady with her own individual personality (note: these are distinct properties). P.S. The capacity for comfortable silences is also a must.
