Old friends

Anyone else out there who used to have a group of people they'd chat with while playing who aren't around now? I remember Quin, Nick, I think it was frosty and a few other people who'd all msn chat in a group. It was pretty nice, we'd bash each other make jokes and even if we knew one of the others played someone go after them which was so much fun since you'd smack talk afterwards. I was new back then so usually I caught the blunt end of all of that. Or just some of the people here on the forum that've gone.

Yea, see. That sort of behaviour is actually frowned upon I think?

Pretty sure it is if you're sharing information, forming pk groups or scheming. For us it was optional to share who you were, we never grouped, and often times were fighting each other. They were classy, never gave me equipment or information that they shouldn't have. I'll say it was those guys who kept me here when I was new and having a hard time. Meh either way that was years ago and I don't even use messenger now, I try to keep my attention on the game these days.
