Teralis
I was thinking to roll a monk since I have never played one past lvl 25 but I remember what got me not to play that one. WEAPON TRAINING for them is a pain in the well you know. Anyone have any tips that can make this faster with a monk, I know the good ol just attack blah blah and it will go up. Yes but with every other class that can utilize second and third attack it is much faster for them. And ideas?

Bert
It takes right around 2.5 hours per weapon at 50, 6 weapons I think. This was on a human, practice weapons, mob perma dirted to make sure I never missed. I found getting a monk to 50 and fully trained a lot faster than most classes. Evangelion
It takes 80 hours to fully train a monk. You cannot possibly make blanket statements like that. Intelligence has a factor. Hit/Dam have a factor. Whether or not you start as an adventurer has a factor. RANDOM CHANCE has a factor. So to say that it takes "such and such" hours to do ANYTHING in this game is impossible. Sandbox
it always seemed to me that a blm benefited more from the ridiculous amount of training required.

Random chance has little factor when we are talking about a lot of time. Int, yes. But I've trained both human and h-elf monks in 80 hours. The only thing that really has a factor is HOW exactly you are doing the training, since you can usually train a few things at once.
The-Nameless
If you choose adventurer first, you can master at least a couple weapons.
