The less aggressive path

According to the help files, druids and healers share the same characteristic. They have chosen to take the less aggressive path. While I was reading the divine mandates I came across one regarding healers and cabal standards. My question is straight forward and simple, though I am sure the answer is quite complex and diverse. If it is wrong for a healer to capture an enemy standard due to the aggresive nature in commiting such an act, then should we allow druids to take them? Or do you feel that druids should share the same shame a healer would for being so aggressive? Just a random thought echoing off the inside of my cranium as of late. I look forward to reading your opinions.

Druids have chosen the less aggressive path, relying on Gaia for power not muscles, but I do not think they have the same problems as a healer with killing. The reason being is druids are not dedicated to the preservation of life, but the preservation of nature itself, if someone is harming nature/restricting it I see no reason why a druid would not move to eliminate them.

I see where you are both going. This is why I did not question if they should send raids. But the question regards cabal standards, maybe one of you could elaborate on how taking this standard or that one will perserve nature? I get that your druids are aggressive toward those who are destroying the natural world, I do. But I am afraid I can not see the logic in the "If I steal that flag, it will save a tree" philosophy.

I think that taking the standard falls under the hindering nature. You don't have to be a tree burning subdivision developer to be harming nature. You could be the guy who delivers the concrete. Or the guy who places the orders. These are all people who are harming nature. So even though you let the developer live, if you cut off his supply lines (flattening tires, protesting etc) You are still preserving nature even though the actual tree killer is alive.

Just repeat after me and say, "The Reverend is all knowing and all wise." It would have been simpler.
