Guys playing female chars

If you REALLY find issue with a male or female playing the opposite gender, how in god's name do you cope with having to stab people 40 times to kill them or shrugging off lightning bolts like they were feather dusters?

Lots of "look what you are doing wrong here" threads lately...

Well, I was refering to a common ground that both the female and male can meet through humor...however, since you mention it...I doubt any man would be in the mood to laugh with a well placed knee either, just imagine that kind of pain lasting a week... She always says its because she is complaining or something. Its not. Its like a storm brewing, I can feel it in the air long before the winds begin to blow. Sometimes you just have to know when to go clean up the yard. I have three acres, takes all day to mow, and I have been known to mow it twice in the same week.

Scholin was female and I enjoyed playing the role a lot. Nothing flirty, nothing cutesy, no 'smotes' involving pressing her breasts together, just some rough-and-tough bald-headed barbarian woman with a wild temper and a penchant for violence. The whole 'Nord' race was based around a society where women are the 'stronger' gender.

I think one or two of the WMs had a taste of it when the odd unintentional comment such as "Savant X fights like a woman!" got flung around cabal chat. I had plenty of Warmaster souvenirs, let me tell you.

I agree with many others... when I'm writing a story with people it's the character I fall in love with, though liking the player helps too.
