mmajunkie
Kinda sad to see a game that struggles to have an avg of much more than 7 people online have 3 obvious ooc players running around.
Jedi_Donkey
Yeah, when I saw the 3 of these guys I immediately though: The Imms are gonna be watching these guys left and right. Whoever you guys are, best be careful not to OOC more than you already have. God I hope gangs do not arise from this.
Pali
While they clearly must have some kind of OOC connections... until they give us reason to do otherwise, how about we give them the benefit of the doubt about how they're going to behave IG? Cephirus
True that. I have known pali and a few other people here since before this game existed. With a few of them, we have done some planned stuff, but nothing that really breaks the rules, just knowing where we want to take it. Sometimes, especially with the ego of some of the players, its hard to know how someone will react if I see you create a character, and I decide I am going to make a brother/sister of yours, what if you reject the idea? That would make things hella awkward, not to mention, a bit of a problem for the imms, because if it goes that far, they are going to have to tell one of them to change. I say as long as they are not breaking any rules, good for them, I hope they develop an awesome rp and have fun, and make things fun for us. However, I have had a bad experience with a brother combo back in the day. A Battlemage and a Warrior. The Battlemage would try to kill me, I'd have him near death, and the Warrior would run in and save his bacon. It was repeated over and over until I managed to hide and log off. On another note, as with any group hunting together, there's nothing wrong with grabbing another person or two and going in to take out another group. f0xx
I have to say I've already met the guys ingame and I like the RP they are throwing around a lot. Yes, the first thing that came to my mind is OOC connection too, especially considering they are all young characters, probably created at the same time. I pushed that thought away fast and just enjoyed our interaction.
The-Nameless
The thief was not made at the same time of that I am sure. I leveled with the other two for a long period of time.

Croyvern
I think that any rule against this should be trumped by RP. If the players are found guilty of a rule infringement then the immortals will catch them. Situations like this enhance the game, add new depth, and many future chances for interesting RP. Sooner or later someone will kill one of them, and will immediately aquire two new enemies, one would think. Speagle and I discussed doing this a few years back, we opted out for fear of upsetting the staff and playerbase and giving them a reason to cry foul. Even though in truth the only place Speagle and I ever talk to one another is through PM's here. So I reserve judgement, until a crime has been commited. Kyzarius
should leave assumptions regarding infractions of the rules to the imms. Trust me, if there is any REAL infraction the IMMS will be all over it. Players shold stick to playing.

Mmm Coffee
It wouldn't be too difficult to organize this in-game either. First person has the idea of a wolf-pack and rolls char. That person starts asking other online chars something like "I am searching for my brother, have you seen him?". Eventually, someone might take the conversation further and figure out they want to RP a wofl-pack...rolls a new feral. *shrug* - that's how I'd go about it anyway
Kazimer
They are Ferals... Just because you kill one of them doesn't mean the others will come gunning for you... With most wolf packs it means the weaker one gets picked on or killed unless it can prove itself again... There are a million different ways they can go with it, and I personally hope it works out for the better...
Imoutgoodbye
Kinda sad to see a game that struggles to have an avg of much more than 7 people online have 3 obvious ooc players running around. naive. Pffft. Don't make me put my finger over your lips. Give them the benefit of the doubt. If you believe in second chances and turning over new leafs and skinning the tree and all that good stuff, well, then, you can't be getting your tighty whities in a bunch over this. Or I might have to remind you of a number, like, oh, 7. And a place that begins with a B.....

mmajunkie
Mali, you are ignorant to my in game actions as they pertain to other players ooc influence. Go play disciplinarian elsewhere. I kill people too much and drop mithril off to myself....I don't run around with ooc buddies or form RP off of IMs. Neither is worse than the other, but very different. Pali, Valek...the world isn't gummi bears and ice cream. It's naive to look at the pbase size and see 3 ppl on with same race and same lastname and think they aren't sharing realtime game info over IM. Never once did I say anything about their in game actions. I never once said they were flagrantly breaking rules or being malicious. I said it was sad to see an ooc circle like that take up almost half of the online population. I know you love to hate me and want to be the first in line to take a shot at me, but think before you speak.
