In the new system, perks are emphasized significantly more, and each perk has a set of useful benefits. While certain things may remain here and there, don't try and transfer what you are accustomed to the old perks doing when selecting your new perks. In most cases, they are unrelated. Deykari Posted January 15, 2011 Report Share Posted January 15, 2011 Perks have been altered, both in name and have had their properties revised. I can't remember if I'm wrong here in saying that negative effects have also been removed from all perks? People are now no longer able to enter Cabals whilst under the effects of maledictions.
