Pali
Found a link to this website... it's interesting (and a little disturbing) to sit and watch the numbers fly upwards for a minute. http://costofwar.com/en/ It even breaks things down to a by county or congressional district level. Demiterracotta
Yep, warring for profit has been severely crippled by costs these days, however, it still seems to be popular.
Imoutgoodbye
Yep' date=' warring for profit has been severely crippled by costs these days, however, it still seems to be popular.[/quote'] That's because everyone's doing it wrong. You wage war by preying upon the vices of your enemy. You use espionage. You **** with the enemies HEAD! Screw technology. Oh, and here's a good song I heard today. Pali
Yep' date=' warring for profit has been severely crippled by costs these days, however, it still seems to be popular.[/quote'] The government doesn't get the profits, it gets the costs. Corporations that provide wartime services to the government don't get the costs, but they get the profits. It's great for business, bad for the country.
