Thats easy for people to say when they know where a lot of equipment is. I find it hard to find a lot of weapons and you see some people at the same level go around with weapons that are from mobs you cant dream of fighting in 5 levels.

Just be carefull with how you think when you see people equiped. There are a lot of reasons and ways for people to have equipment that appears to be above there means. Cheating happens a lot less than one would think. Groups, Clans, Cabals, are just three ways in which you can get equipment from higher level mobs, and most often when I equip myself above my means, it's the disarm flee technique. It all comes with experiance, practices and experimentation.

Let us not forget the killing of higher ranks in pk. Nock down someone two ranks above you, then you in turn get taken out by someone three ranks bellow you, suddenly the equipment 5 levels out of hand is in hand.

Besides, it's not so much the name of the weapon as it is the type of the weapon with some cases(meaning it's not that you have the uber staff in the fight, it's that you have the decent flail.)

In any case if you dont know where any good equipment is in the first place where do you get any? I explore and i just end up dead half the time. Persistance can only get you so far.

From a noob point of view the most frustrating thing is trying to find good equipment.

Ask around in game, specifically those of your guild, clan, or cabal. Or ask someone of your align...you never know, but great RP can come from something so simple.

If you're chasing shinies before lvl 50 then ou're wasting your time to a large extent.

If you're at lvl 50 and don't know the eq ask around your group mates, clan mates and cabal buddies. If they can't take you get them to suggest what you're lookig for and when you get an eq hunting group say 'I want THIS, then watch as they take you to it'

It's conversations like these that helped me through my learning of eq though. Everyone likes a BMG when going through Winter/Deso/Etc. Slow for mages, haste for fighters, and so forth. Clerics, healers and shaman go well for long treks. Plus identify. Scrolls or otherwise. Add in a word of recall for when things get a little out of hand, and you are able to.

Persistance is key. The faster you give up, the faster you find jack about anything.

Was it the first round of combat? And why did you take your attacks out of the information? This happens a lot on opening rounds of combat, but the perk is everyone, even the victim gets two rounds of combat in one.

I know "double rounds" occur sometimes in the opening round. I didn't post this because I was confused or asking why, I did it because I have never seen anything close to 23 attacks like that. And I didn't take out my attacks, I just chose to leave my name out of it and copy/paste only his attacks.

In a sense. Did I alter the log to make it something it wasn't? No.

His attacks were not broken up between mine either. That was a single, unbroken chain of attacks. All I was thinking to myself was what Chayesh was...if only he had blinded me.
