Demiterracotta
I watched the season finale of Spartacus: Blood and Sand last night. And I thought it was pretty good. Except for the very last scene. What the....I don't even..... Who was that talking? What the crap was that? Who the crap did that to Batiatus? To avoid spoilers, if you know could you PM me an explanation? The last half of this season is the ONLY part of this show I have watched.
Chesta6384
Lol, if you didn't watch the first season, you are going to be way lost. Sparticus gods of the arena goes back in time before the first season. you will understand when you watch season one.
f0xx
I haven't watched the series, but isn't "Gods of the Arena" AFTER "Blood and sand", chronologically?
Chesta6384
No. they did one of them wierd prequals or whatever you call it. Gods of the Arena is like the story leading up to Blood and Sand. But blood and sand was shown first.
Pali
As a rule, with TV shows, it's best to start with season 1. This applies to Spartacus as well, I'd say - you'll appreciate a lot of the things that happen in Gods of the Arena a lot more if you've already watched Blood and Sand. Amaruil
Spartacus season 2 started with a flashback from the end of season 1. The entire season was that flashback/memory, and the ending of the season closes the loop and brings you back into the present.
