Solid advise. Bring it to the prayer forum and stay ic.

Apart from the end a very solid and well-played character. I really liked you collaring the halflings and controlling them with your mind, something very out of the box that led to several changes in the hamlet (some of them still to happen). Vibbletick caused some lasting effects on the hamlet and fl through his rp.

There were some bugs we still have not managed to fix and for this I am sorry. I understand it caused you a lot of frustration.

Please keep it civil, everyone, so we do not have to log this thread. Thank you for doing so, Kyz.

Mate, I think I've mentioned this before, but you are a very strange player.

Some of your characters are extremely well played, others are a complete disaster (in my opinion).

I still don't know why you decided to take hours from your other extremely well played character and put them on Vibbletick.

Sometimes I feel that there are two K's, a bad one and a good one. Now that the bad one is gone though, I hope we'll get to see more of the good one.

your opinion is well respected foxx.

Know that everytime Vib, even when it was accidental, interfered in any other battle he was slain.

The incident with Grum and Sartach was my First time EVER pking at 50 with Vib as a tribunal. I cast one spell, one. Then what happened to you happened, and I Was slain for it.

As far as me avoiding battles? I must say you are quite mistaken. Jibber will attest, Vibbletick never backed down from stronger opponents, and was about 30 deaths in when the denial came out. I think once or twice I logged when a foe came online, due to being unable to fully pay attention to my client...which I actually got docked for. I never once got any official report against me for not fulfilling cabal duties though, not sure where that comes from...

Anume is an inpartial and thorough judge, and she deserves nothing but good words for her handling of these situations as they relate to q-things.

Put it all behind you and truck on. We all get ganged from time to time, and it isn't our choice as to whether or not the accused get punished. This has been this way for a very, very long time. And, from what I know, tagging isn't necessarily against the rules for qclass/qraces.

Regardless of all of that shnazzy stuff, we had a love/hate relationship. There were times when we got along, and the other times where we wanted to tear each other to pieces. I enjoyed the RP as a player, and as a character, well, you know what I thought ;) Wish it didn't have to end this way... we still had things to do in the Hamlet.

And lastly, that wasn't a waste of hours, either. It wasn't necessarily thrown away. You did a lot in those hours and became the friends and enemies of various characters through-out your character's life and trucked on through the highs and lows. You could have kept it up!

Good luck with the next.

Ganging can be ok sometimes. Back in the day I would encourage ganging, specifically against Clariana/Clavrus, and only for members of chaos. I remember ganging Odoacer's undead necromancer with Miscreant and Malignant. I forget his name, but it started with an H... yeah, he still almost killed us.

If you get mad after being ganged and loosing eq then you are taking things like your eq set way too seriously. I call it TDP syndrome, named after the draconian poet, who infamously would break RP in game and post flames about it on the forum.

For example, and this is not directed at vibbletick, a character centered around RP that then rage deletes or cusses people out after losing eq from a death. In such a scenario, it would appear that RP was less important to the character than the EQ issue. That is why I hardly ever feel sympathy for characters or players who flame/get mad in deletion threads on the forum. It is much better to be graceful (and kyzarius' post is graceful enough), then to rant and rave and talk about how FL has changed and this and that. We have changed in that we have a smaller pbase and different Imms, which I happen to like, but the issues related to any PK mud are still here, and I don't have much problem with them.

again, these comments are NOT directed at vibbletick or K.

I should also say that ganging in mass cabal wars, as was comm0n in 1.0, is VERY different from ganging today, with such a small pbase. Especially when cabal skills come into play. Mass warfare was fun, but it is essentially a different game today.

Good luck on your next!

I know Thulgan has been ganged before, but I watch home boy destroy the gangs, so it's like, at that point, what else do you do? Vibbletick was pretty brutal, I've heard from many and seen it. I would take it as a compliment in the fact that it took that much to bring you down. I will say this though, if you gang someone you shouldn't have any right to a full loot. Thats pretty low imho.

-all this my own opinion, as I have no idea as to the details of what happened.
