Typhoeus prays 'I am locked inside the armaster study as my key left me. Could someone please free this King of Storm Giants?'

The Armsmaster's Study

This study is very stuffy and terribly lit and the air holds the faint

aroma of tea. The walls are covered in portraits of what you assume to be

teachers. Next to each is a small plaque with a date. A large bookcase

against one wall contains hundreds of tomes containing such titles as '101

things to do with a spiked club' and 'My favourite Theran Massacres'. A

large wooden cane is propped up in one corner.

[Exits: (west)]

A large ornate wooden desk sits in the centre of the room.

Behind the desk there is an extremely comfortable looking leather chair

(Translucent) Typhoeus the King of the Storm Giants is here.

Typhoeus bows before you.

Typhoeus says 'Greetings Kingpin!'

You grin evilly.

You light A cigar labled 'Welcome to the Family' and begin to smoke it.

Smoke billows from a large cigar as Brehan takes a deep drag then licks his lips to savor the flavor of the exotic leaves and husk.

Typhoeus stretches and stands tall.

Opening his mouth to talk, smoke from his cigar pours out as Brehan says ' Now now, this is quite a situation you have gotten yourself into now isnt it?

Typhoeus nods.

Typhoeus says 'I lost my mind and when I recovered to leave here my key vanished.'

Typhoeus leans against a wall, making a creaking noise.

Opening his mouth to talk, smoke from his cigar pours out as Brehan says ' Now I could help you out but as my time is very precious, what is it worth to you?

You grin evilly.

Typhoeus says 'To respect you as a King of syndicates?'

You fall down laughing.

Typhoeus gasps in astonishment.

Typhoeus says 'Now I did it'

Opening his mouth to talk, smoke from his cigar pours out as Brehan says ' I need not your respect as I know I am a king among men.

You say 'Make me an offer I cannot refuse dear King.'

Typhoeus says 'Well worth hrmmm. How about you grant me 1000 quills?'

You say 'And how would that fill my pockets?'

A small gold coin rolls over Brehan's knuckles in one direction then the other with minimal movement of his fingers.

Typhoeus says 'I could aid your pockets later with additional quills.'

Brehan eyes you awaiting an offer.

You sigh.

Typhoeus says 'And when my village is completed'

You say 'I not seek writing utensils giant. '

Typhoeus says 'You can have your own casino in my village.'

You say 'I seek Gold, property, wenches, RICHES. '

Typhoeus says 'See quills for your own casino. which a casino makes you richer.'

You say 'A promise of this does nothing for me now, as many of you mortals enjoy going back upon your words.'

Typhoeus says 'Or how about this... A statue made of gold symbolizing you near my castle?'

You say 'I would have to decline that offer.'

Typhoeus says 'I won't go back on my promises.'

You say 'How about I make an offer and see what you think?'

Typhoeus says '1000 quills for your own bar/casino inside of it and ALL profits goto you.'

Typhoeus nods at you in agreement.

You say 'We are not bartering for one thousand quills my friend, we are bartering for your freedome from here.'

Typhoeus nods.

Typhoeus says 'Very well Sir.'

Typhoeus says 'Make me an offer?'

You say 'I require five hundred thousand coins and half your Kingdom, thus before I allow you out you will scribe this deal to Aabahran so that your men will recognize my position.'

Typhoeus says 'I will stay here.'

Typhoeus says 'I must decline on that offer.'

You say 'You are sure about that?'

You say 'Why is that so unsavory a deal?'

Typhoeus says 'Your offer is quite big.'

You say 'I would say it is golden.'

You grin evilly.

Typhoeus says 'You may as well be the King then.'

Typhoeus chuckles politely.

You say 'Then alter it some I an not one who dispises negotiation.'

Typhoeus says '100,000 gold is what I have left and the Inn/Bar/casino for you within my village of Aeragon.'

You say 'And this Kingdom is in construction?'

Typhoeus says 'Same as before you keep the profit of the given bar/inn/casino.'

Typhoeus says 'Indeed.'

You say 'That with this acception.'

Typhoeus says 'It'll be somewhat like the cloud city palace, but the village will be like Ofcols'

Typhoeus says ''But bigger.'

You say 'You will send a scroll to your Kingdom allowing them knowledge that you have granted me Baronship and thus they will recognise me as such.'

Typhoeus says 'This I can accept.'

You say 'And when the time draws I name the Casino.'

Typhoeus nods.

You say 'Then we are at terms?'

Typhoeus says 'Yes'

Typhoeus shakes your hand.

You say '100k, a Bar Casino which I name, and Baronship.'

Typhoeus nods.

Typhoeus says 'You set the prices as well.'

You say 'Then we have a deal.'

Extending his hand Brehan grasps your firmly and shakes it.

Typhoeus nods.

Typhoeus smiles happily.

Typhoeus arrives from a puff of smoke.

You have transferred Typhoeus.

The Once-Grand Bank of Rheydin

You stand here within the bank of Rheydin. While the building

itself has not been spared the destruction that wracked the city,

the vaults and other means of money management remain. By whatever

magical means, the people's money is safe, and thus the bank is

still capable of conducting business.

[Exits: south]

Typhoeus the King of the Storm Giants is here.

Denethar the banker is here to take your money.

Typhoeus gives you 100000 gold.

You say 'I trust you will draw up the paperwork for your men soon?'

Typhoeus says 'I know its being worked on.'

Typhoeus nods.

You say 'I will expect a copy as well.'

Typhoeus nods.

You wave.
