Liadon Xiloscient
I will be creating different art of the different area's explored in the Forsaken Lands. When "envisioning" what I see within our text based world, this is a stylized version of what I see when entering the Forsaken Lands themselves. VERSION1 VERSION2 VERSION3 Mind you it is still a work in progress but I will edit this post as I continue to correct and make edits.
KRins
Real men shut their eyes at the bottom of the Dragon's Teeth and blind run through that mess...just sayin...
Oni
I see final conclusive evidence from the mars rover that there is no evidence of organic material on mars. Since that can't possibly be driftwood and the soil samples must have been contaminated.
killalou
I like it, nice work!
Liadon Xiloscient
You're right, it does look rather "Marsy" however I was mulling it before I fell asleep and maybe turning the sky a blue-ish tone. One of the backdrops I was going to use would be a sky if you where on a hardcore acid trip... I came back and looked at this piece as well when I was drunk and I came to the conclusion that I would ALSO run through it with my eyes closed. Thanks for the compliment Killalou. Liadon Xiloscient
The reason I went with the warm color theme was because the banner is red, so whenever I picture "bad places" in Forsaken Lands it appears to have a reddish tone in my head. Dunno why...
jibber
The sun of Aabahran is a red giant, creating the 'red hue' in the sky. Would be cool to depict the moons in the picture too (white, grey, and black). Nice job so far.
Liadon Xiloscient
White grey and black... hmm... I think I can do that! There is already a "moon" or something in the sky there, editing it will not bee too extremely challenging I think.
Pali
I want to see one with a giant scorpion in it.
Elfrosto
It has to be getting bashed by a sand golem tho. On topic: Looks fantastic. I like the third one the best!

Liadon Xiloscient
This is actual pencil, paper, and ink drawings. It's a variation of a Druid I made for one of my friend campaigns. The one with the weapons is the final version. The other was me simply trying to get the character out of my head and on to paper: Hope you like it! Croyvern
I wish I could draw. Well I can, but my hero is a stick figure with a stick sword and a square shield. Hes flat footed too! I have to go out of my way to put whats in my head on paper. http://forsakenlands.wikispaces.com/The+Demon+and+The+Maiden
