The new area.

I must say thank you to who ever is responsible for the new area items.

Today i saw something i have seen few times in my time here:

[ Drow ] Vinavane the Lady of Ghouls

A drow Necromancer.

Even I am playing to play one, once I recover.

And why may you ask?

Because they now have access to semi decent sanctuary.

For those of you who lack in exploration, there is a new area, which has a mob with a rare USAble stave of sanctuary (5 charges, L40).

While not great for common mages who can use the Ankh, it's a great gift for drows and non mages.

Still, i think it would be better as awand and not a stave.

The new area also addresses some more issues.

Like a light alternative socketable mace. A almost clone of the evil-one in the Black fist caverns.

And a good 1h light axe breaking blokade of axes on medium size races.

also a new sword, which in my view should have a socket.

Thanks for the new area.

Pitty that I never managed to find the old flying carpet, and that we lost the only summonable scroll of identify on the game that I am aware of.
