P_body
I use Zmud and I'm experimenting with two very different classes. So they each have a unique set of color triggers, aliases, and macros. Isn't there a way to segregate the two sets so that only the set that goes with that char is active when playing them? I've been going over the helpfiles in Zmud, but I don't know what to look for, so I'm having a rough time getting on the right track.

P_body
ahhh. And you can have multiple folders inside another folder. So you just name the folder after the character. Brilliant. But does that work for triggers too? Like if you had an alias, macro, and a trigger folder all with the same name, typing "#T- " would disable all three? The-Nameless
I would just suggest Mushclient for that type. Or TinTin. You can make a tintin file, then just read it with tintin. Mushclient you can set different worlds, and connect to the one you will be using at the time. Also Mushclient allows you to click/drag to highlight something, then you can actually change its color. P_body
I've never used anything but free versions of Zmud for 10 years. Now it doesn't look like any versions of zmud are still free that are viable and downloadable, so I might have to look into someting else or buy it (heaven forbid). But I don't want to have to give up all the color triggers I've made just to switch clients...UGH..
The-Nameless
Mushclient is fantastic. It is *VERY* easy to make color triggers. It is as simple as highlighting it with your mouse, rightclick, then highlight it. You can change the text color, and the background color as well for only that block. P_body
what about aliases, macros etc? And if I switched clients, I'd have to redo all of mine currently in Zmud huh?...ew...
The-Nameless
naw, If you give me a list of how you had your macros setup I can make you an FL world. Currently I have 5 macros, that are all bound to a variable target, the target is changed by typing target . Then all my macros now are aimed at the new target. it is very easy to use. f0xx
If you want a free zMUD client, I can send you one too. And yes, if you disable a folder all of its subfolders will be disabled as well, naturally.
