Mister E
Tampa edges out the Skins. The Pats advance for sure. Sorry Giants, your luck runs out. Carolina moves on. Game of the week, but the Steelers will take it.

Balinor
My Picks: DWF (don't watch football) FBH (football blows hard) and of course, the big money goes on MMSTFITDG (my mother said that football is the Devil's game)

Mister E
1-1 now! but if you saw the bucs lose IMO they got robbed of a game tying TD, not to mention Washington had some good luck on their side in the first quarter. But hey, thats football. Not like either team would make it passed the next round anyway. As for the jaguars, Zrothum, how the heck did you think a team from Florida could come play outdoors in new england and win in mid January? Not even considering who they had to play. I hope tomorrow bodes better for my picks.
Zrothum
Sheesh, we got pwnt. Pwnt doesn't even begin to describe it...we need to make a new word for that kind of ownage. We...We were just oblitapwnd.
Mister E
Whatever the new word is, you can apply it to what the Panthers did to the giants! 2-1 now, time to find out what the last game will do for my pick record.
Mister E
3-1, not too shabby. Now for next weekends picks: AFC I like the colts to beat out the stealers. Why you might ask? The colts will jump to an early lead as usual and thus negate the power and usefulness of the steelers running game. It will be a good one to watch though IMO. I like the pats over the broncos, simply because the pats are too well coached. They are much healthier than last time the played the broncos, and they are a team on a mission. NFC Here I am taking both favorites. Seahawks will destroy the redskins, and the bears will beat the panthers in a low scoring game.
Chayesh
Colts and pats I agree. Redskins beat up the Seahawks when they played before, I'll take them again. Carolina over Da' Bearz.
EyeSeeU
The Road to Vince's Trophy  Yes with the wildcard week of football over it appears this coming week of football is going to be one to remember. In the NFC we got the I love Steve Smith as my Fantasy wide reciever Carolina Panthers!!! against the You aint gowing nowhere against this Defense Chy-town Bears... Then we Got the I break records on my contract year Shaun Alexander and the Screeching Hawks "ok Seattle" against the I spit at players faces Washington Redskins. I'm predicting a battle of the wilderness as The panthers will face the Screeching birds in the NFC championship game. As for the AFC its going to be OI! can you sign this for my little brother he loves you Peyton Manning and his Colts against the Other team from my state which I despise more then despiser!!! Yes you guessed it The Pittsburg Steelers yay! Then we have a boonsfarm barnburner at mile high stadium... with the Denver Broncos against the God I hope they will just loose a playoff game New England Patriots. My predictions for the AFC championship game is umm well DUH!!! THE Broncos against the Colts, yes yes a battle of the horses!!!! HAHAHAHA:eek:

Mister E
1-0 so far this weekend. Watching the pats/broncos and its a great game. I just can't believe that pass interference call in the endzone against samuels. Really sickening call IMO. It was 5 seconds late and from the official at the other end of the field. This after the official beside thw action called it incomplete. If anything it was offensive PI as samuels had a better position on the ball! Bah, I hate to see a 60 yard penalty result in 7 points in a playoff game unless it was legit.

Mister E
That does it for the pats, Broncos advance. so im 4-2 so far. Broncos won the battle of field position by far, and clearly turnovers were the major factor. It's just too bad that questionable pass interferance call will be on everyone mouths tomorrow. I like to see teams win without any question at all. And thus the elusive 3 consecutive super bowl wins still remains goal out of sight. This may be premature, but now that the pats are gone, I dont see how the colts wont take it all.
Iconz
This may be premature, but now that the pats are gone, I dont see how the colts wont take it all. I do... they're called the Broncos. Lets be honest, the superbowl team is going to come from the AFC.. and there are still 3 strong contenders in the Colts, Steelers and Broncos. It's still anyones game as far as Im concerned...

Mister E
Well, the steelers came to play, the colts might not even make it past today. Bad for my pics record, but hell, GO STEELERS, I am no colts fan.
Mister E
All I can say it, WHAT AN ENDING! The feeling of complete illness and devastation in Jerome Bettis on that fumble...completely removed and transfered to Vanderjact(sp) on that missed field goal for OT. Unbelievable, so The broncos get a piece of the steelers next week.
Mister E
So much for my picks this weekend. I ended up 4-4 all told But next weekend will prove interesting for sure. I take Carolina over Seattle despite the injury to foster. And I like the Steelers for the upset at Mile High.
