Implementor Volgathras Posted August 1, 2011 Implementor Report Share Posted August 1, 2011 Hey, I'd like to apologize for my absence as of late. July has been a less than joyous month. One of the reasons for this is my four year-old cat has recently been diagnosed with Chronic Renal Failure, and his kindey's are giving out. Judging by the symptoms, his kidney's may be more than 70% gone. Has anyone had any experience with this, or know someone who has? Any advice or suggestions would be appreciated. Thank you. Demiterracotta
as harsh as it is' date=' I would suggest putting the animal to sleep. Renal Failure is a very painful and miserable decline for both you and the pet.[/quote'] Unfortunately this is the best advice someone will be able to give you. Renal failure is horrible and there really is nothing you can do for it that will make it better.
Liadon Xiloscient
Vet Tech classes support everything that has been mentioned before. I will pray for you, and your family. A pet is as much apart of the family as a child or spouse. *hugs*
