Unfortunately I've been finding myself without any real time to sink into FL lately, and that is not likely to change any time soon... particularly not with the upcoming lineup of games coming out this fall that I already know will eat my life up (Skyrim will be the death of me ;)).

I had a lot of fun with Daenaer... I created him close to a year ago, power ranked, and dropped him with about 60 or so hours on him because I wasn't really feeling the RP I'd been going with. Then a few months ago I decided to start playing again, couldn't decide on what to play, wanted to do an amnesiac RP... and realized I had a pinned char that I'd barely used still around of a combo I wanted to play, and decided to simply adapt it to him. I had a great time with him... it'd been a while since I've done cabal warfare, which was fun to get into a bit again, and he ended up being one of the most decked and best trained chars I've had in my entire time here.

Special thanks go out to Donovan and Anamus, without whom Daenaer would've probably ended up leaving Hope and not going Knight, Arliase for being a great in-game friend, and my Syndicate buddies for all the fun fights. :) Juhpa gets props for my only death since reactivating Daenaer.

To the IMMs: a denial and rare-purge would be useful. I dropped/sacced what I could, but I couldn't get rid of everything. To the players: there should be a good number of shinies back in circulation now. ;)

P.S. Anamus, don't worry, I made sure you'll get Daenaer's cps. ;)

To be honest, I think Daenaer was the most decked char I've ever had here - I've often looked at score sheets like mine that people posted and thought the exact same thing.

I wish I'd gotten a paladin that decked... Daenaer had a crapload of power, but was still fairly fragile. Spend one round too long failing to dispel a melee with high mental saves and you've missed your window to outdamage them, and I hate relying on consumables for healing. Not saying it wasn't a lot of fun - it was - but it's not quite my preferred style anymore.

Maybe this winter I'll make a new paladin and see how decked I can get. ;)

You did pretty well landing constant === and >>> on Juhpa with your ice storms (and this was through prot_evil, sanc, and -55 or so afflictive saves!).

I felt pretty good when I got you in the end, however 'trashy' people may call it. I made up for not taking a damn thing though.. including your damned staff :P

I didn't consider it trashy at all... I considered it good strategy. It's not like you were sitting there waiting for me while I was fighting another Syndi... you set yourself up to take advantage if I made a mistake, which I did, and I paid for it. As for the damage... I love me that +spell level eq. :D

And I didn't loot you either, so I considered that fair play. ;)
