Grim_Reefer
I've heard that there is a system implemented to round out an average hp at level 50 (according to your race), so that training hp pre-level 50 is completely pointless. Is that true? I've wanted to roll characters to speed-pinn to test it, but I haven't. I think its BS and doesn't matter when you train hp, but I'd like some immortal/someone who truly knows to give me some input.
Mister E
Training movement is way better, you get 40 moves per train! Roll an assassination ninja and get your moves to 800, you can run around and outmaneuver anything and study them to death.
f0xx
You get 30 moves per train actually. As for Grim's original question - I don't know. There are some speculations...
jibber
The only reason I would have ever not trained HP during ranking up, is if I didn't know where to put my trains when I was done (such as wanting some in moves, mana, and HP) so I knew what it'd look like @ 50. I'm pretty sure there's no code that makes you gain any less HP if you train it while you rank.
Pali
Fairly confident that it's been officially stated that it doesn't matter.

ledgerbay
what? so all the trains I put into hp before pinn are all wasted????
Tantangel
No, the trains put in before pinn aren't wasted. I usually wait till pinn to train HP though.
Djriacen
The only reason I wait until fifty to train is to get a better perspective on what needs them the most with the play style I want.
Erana
It doesn't matter when you put trains into hp/mana/moves. You won't get any more or less by waiting.
jibber
What you'll get more of by waiting: An understanding where you want to put said trains depending on the way you decide to play your character at 50. What you'll lose by waiting: Nothing. What you'll get by not waiting: An edge before 50. What you'll lose by not waiting: An edge you probably don't even need. Level 50 should be your destination in the end anyway.
