New Year's Resolutions

As much as I dislike all the New Year's hooplah, I have decided to try a few New Year's Resolutions. January 8th of last year, I told myself I would quit smoking. Now, I've tried this before with my longest stint being 4 months.

I still haven't had a cigarette and it's been nearly a year. Did you make any New Year's Resolutions? I made three this year, partially in case I can't find enough classes at my college before I transfer to my university. Essentially, I stay at the community college one more semester and I meet the final criteria for a $3000 scholarship when I transfer to university. So, without further ado, my NYR's:

1. Take Precalculus (dear god, why am I torturing myself?!)

2. Take another Chemistry class (Mindflayer, I may be hunting you down in the fall)

3. Take a French class.

4. Take a Physics class? (not sure about this one...I think Calculus is a pre-req)

Ooooh, how careless of me! I forgot to post my grades from last semester! But I've been rather busy lately, what with becoming the Public Relations Officer for my chapter of the PTK.

Let's see...

History 211: A

History 101: A

English 222: A

Chemistry 105: A-

Not too shabby...still searching for that elusive 4.0 semester...

EDIT: FYI...see those two history classes combined with expository writing (ENG 222)? Don't do that. I read over 6,000 pages out of books/textbooks/research just between those three classes. It was time management's nightmare.
