Warmongrel
Well, i had a fun run with Levign and a bit of fun with Svitlock, but its been a couple weeks since i have been on and i dont see getting on in the near future. It was fun seeing if i could pull off playing from a phone only and i am pretty happy with the results. I would list off a bunch of names but there are too many people too mention between the two chars. You were all fun in one way or anotbher. Im sure i will be back eventually, so thanks to all of you that keep things going so i have something to come back to.

ajwetton
Never had to fight you on Levign, but it seemed like a reasonable character, I got out of WM before the fighting with nexus really took off, and I haven't had anything in a conflicting cabal, I hope you come back with another project though soon. Implementor Volgathras Posted February 7, 2012 Implementor Report Share Posted February 7, 2012 I'm sad to see Levign go. You were one of a very few who really showed effort, not only in warfare but also in the rp surrounding the cabal. When you have the time to come back, I'll be excited to see what you come up with. Until then, hope things work out for you.

Warmongrel
Oh ill be back, but playing from a phone has its limits so it may be a year or two again. And for me playing from a laptop is just as bad. You spend ten years playing from a regular old keyboard it gets hard to adjust. Ai think i overplayed my feral rangers, couldnt get into svitlock enough to enjoy it, and i made him before the war so it was kinda a turn off to fight and kill ppl with one char then get on the other later to help them equip. I had a loot of fun with Levign tho. Personally I think he was one of the weakest ive ever played out that much but for some reason I enjoyed it. You all take care, this is the last post from me til I return.

Implementor Volgathras Posted February 8, 2012 Implementor Report Share Posted February 8, 2012 Wait a second... playing on a laptop is too difficult to adjust after ten years on a regular keyboard... ....so Imma play on on a 3 by 5 inch phone. Boggle.
jibber
I've always played on a laptop. Never really could play on a desktop.. or a keyboard of a desktop. Nor could I play on a phone. Wow.
Warmongrel
Hah, i wasnt going to post again but volgathras you make a hell of a point. When i found out you could even play from a phone my whole idea was just to rank from a phone since i always have it on me, but then i started realizing i never had time to get on anything else. If im home with my laptop i had my daughter, and theres no getting on the laptop without her wanting to watch nickjr on it. But yeah i suppose i could prob do much butter with a laptop than thumbing along on a phone. This game is far too addictive to play from a phone only though anyway, i have a 45 min drive each way to and from work and it started getting to the point where if i was driving i was mudding too. I think thats prob worse than drinking and driving.:-P

Thats why i gave up and quit, bc you never got me a staff worth fighting with that you owed me! . Keep kicking butt man, you are a beast with him, i think you are doing better than i did with senrail or svenik. You leader yet?

Tantangel
This game is far too addictive to play from a phone only though anyway' date=' i have a 45 min drive each way to and from work and it started getting to the point where if i was driving i was mudding too. I think thats prob worse than drinking and driving.:-P[/quote'] I have a 45-1 hour drive time to and from work as well. If I could MUD from my phone I'd be in trouble unless I took the scenic route which wouldn't really hurt my driving any if I MUD and drive. If I take the highway which gets me there in the same amount of time, it would though, because it's constant like 70mph or more. What phone service do you use by chance? I might have to start looking into it so I can MUD from work as well.
Ghrundor
I play mud on my phone using BloTorch on a Droid 3 on the Verizon Wireless Network. No problems here on the phone.

Warmongrel
I have sprint, my phone is the evoshift. I also used blow torch, its actually not too hard to pk with if you have time to set up your macros for the fight. My main problem was having so many diff enemies so if i was set up to fight one person, i was screwed when i had to switch targets in mid fight. It just made it hard to finish people off mainly, especially playing a class that couldnt lag.
Warmongrel
In response to your comment mindflayer, it took a lot of getting used to, but nomatter how fast i could get on my phone i felt so gimped compared to how i remember being on a desktop. I honestly dont think i would have had more than two deaths that i remember if i wasnt playing from a phone. But it did teach me to accept deaths a bit. I knew i was going to have quite a few playing like that so i didnt get so upset when it happened.
