That sounds pretty buff. I really dig the new spirits da gave us. Really supplemented what inistrad gave us. Lately though I've been messing around with ru flashback. Snapcasters are freaking expensive though!

I've been playing with the idea of a UB control/curse. Thought about splashing some red but the couple extra curses would not be worth the stretch imo.

If your running flashback try B/U control. Havengul lich and snapcasters means your graveyard becomes your hand for 3 mana. VERY valuable when your playing wolf run/RDW since they are constantly dropping fatties/tapping out for burn. Having snapcasters in your graveyard + lich means you can pop lichs ability for 1 colorless, pull a snapcaster for 2, then cast anything in graveyard at instant speed for its original cost. Add in heartless summoning and your caster goes right back into the graveyard so you can repeat it, and it costs 1 colorless mana less since snappy is (1)B. This is also massively effective when they are running inkmoth nexus since you can drop snappy, and cast doomblade from your graveyard elimintaing that ANNOYING land.

I really like heartless summoning lol.

Although if you splash in red with heartless summoning, priest of urabask, and a lich you can have unlimited red mana by third turn. Put in burnig vengeance and a certain myr for the kill and you're good to go.

Oh, and the best part about this infinate mana combo is it's standard legal ^.^

The problem is the current block is offering so much power to white. The next set is going to be more centralized on white as well. Meaning white blue is going to get some heavy play. That is enjoy i am working on summoning. I took first of 26 on the game day event

And second in normal fnm. I'm working on heartless control. I'm usually cracking for lethal on turn five or six via running scared demon and using his come into play ability to pull meta morphs and evil twins. Seeing five 5/5 flyers out on turn fine is scary

I can't wait till 2012 cycles out. I'm kinda tired of titans taking all the tournaments. Pro tour in Honolulu just recently came down to two channelfireball.com dudes (which is awesome) both playing pretty much the same deck. rg acceleration with titans. They're getting old. Innistrad and ascension gave us so many neat new tricks giving all colors a fighting chance if everyone would stop relying on damn titans >.

Armadillo clocks and elves eh? :). There's lots of new neat things. White gets humans and spirits Which is neat with black and or blue. Black likes to feed the humans to vampires and demons (nothing new there) and blue adds lots of ghosts and kick *** ghost **** with white. Green is about werewolves and hungry wolves. And deranged human outcasts that like to feed humans to their dogs. lots of feeding humans. Basiclly we have a zombie vampire werewolf devil apocolyps with ghosts flying around and a white/black planeswalker wondering where the **** his big bad archangel he created a billion years ago is that was supposed to make this **** not happen.

I like the idea, but overall its ALOT Of cards to pull combos.

Im currently trying to work on a deck that involves a combo that literally prevents you from ever casting a spell, usually around turn 5 when the cards are pulled.

Curse of Exhaustion - Curse

"Enchanted player cannot cast more than one spell a turn"

Knowledge Pool - Artifact

"Whenever a player successfully casts a spell, knowledge pool exiles that spell. That player may then cast any spell exiled by knowledge pool without paying it's mana cost"

Basically I drop those two, and you cannot cast any spells :). Tell me that would not piss you off.
