Izzy
Anyone know of a creature as to which you can train offensive spells on? Something that doesnt deal alot of damage, but can take a beating?

Mister E
Not sure what level you are, but Arcturian is totally immune to magic and I don't remember him hurting that bad.
Erana
Why do they need a lot of health? Just kill things in the elemental canyon.

I'm with Erana, just use lots of little mobs like in Elemental Canyon or the Elf Valley.
Mister E
When I train things I always like to minimize the micromanagement so I can keep an eye on my training while entertaining myself on the side...
tassinvegeta
Theirs also the minowan guards in Mahn-Zar, the wicked ghosts in the Volcano, the drowned mobs in the sunken ship, the Dey's in England.
Mmm Coffee
I never train offensive spells separately unless they're huge mana cost spells. Just cast the spells while you rank! Once you get to 50, finish off whatever you haven't mastered as it will take considerably less time. Just my $.
Tantangel
Depends on what you're training. Dispel magic, sleep, Psi spell, faerie fire or anything that wont actually hurt an opponent you could easily do on the Slith Jailkeeper. He's a sleeping MOB and generally wont wake up at all unless you do something to cause harm to him. Lightning bolt you could do on the martial artist in the Hamlet. Deluge water and jet steam you can do on the water weird in the same place. Area affect spells you should probably do in a room where there's no MOBs or anything at all. As far as killing multiple enemies, just be careful about reputation. To be honest, I look fore people's reputation on where they're at pre-50 so I might be able to pop in and kill them. If their reputation is perfect then I have to check a LOT more places to find them.

Bimpni
But whats sweet is if you have the summon spell, then let people check where you 'should' be training at.
Tantangel
Then I look for all the regular trafficked areas. From there I figure noin_out places and finally out of the reach zones. If I lose detect invis and you're invisible I assume you haven't moved in a while and might be training. If I catch you in Tarandue, I don't bother same with the Hamlet. Anywhere else though I figure fair game because I don't speculate people training outside those two areas. Problem is now I think I've killed everyone in my PK range, and there's more coming up. Filth
There is also the sleeping librarian near the top of High Tower south of Miruvhor. You can train all your curses, sleeps, weakens, dispels, and such on her.
Pali
Forgot to mention: Garmex. Sanc and phys resist let him take a lot of hits, and while Elium's a decent ranking area it really isn't used much, so if you kill him he's likely to repop pretty quick (plus, you can sell the eq for $). Doesn't hit hard or much, doesn't bash. Not great for every spell, but for low-damage spells that have useful secondary effects like phantom grasp or flamestrike, he's not bad.
