It all comes down to choice

It's a good thing I learned a long time ago not to trust demon lords.

Plus, there's nowhere near enough repetition of the symbols for me to accept that without further explanation. ;)

There's no repetition because it's absolved itself through postmodern theory and it only has the meaning that you bring to it, not the meaning to be conveyed. Seriously, take the red pill already, Pali. :P

Pali, seeing as how the Matrix is a series of code, and very rarely I'd imagine a random snippet of it would produce something insanely meaningful past, "Blonde, brunette, redhead," it's supposed to represent the rest of the world. And well you know the pills thing. The choice is always yours, and it lies within the surrounding code. You'll have choices in the mundane world that you're going to have to make and they're going to affect you for the rest of your life. Some people forget that.

I assume you wanted to share so we could comment on it. Forsaken didn't like it. I don't either. As far as artwork, its awesome. Concept, cool. I don't like it when people use movies, books, or band artwork that they are not a part of. Found a neat pic online? Awesome. Tweak it a bit to your design. Its hard to be original.

You must like it since you got it. Enjoy it.

Shh wtf haters? The tattoo is a pretty good idea, considering most people prefer to hear pink lies coming from a$$-lickers rather than the truth about themselves.

I actually think that posting this exact picture on this very forum is quite symbolical.

Thanks Trick. I tweaked it by taking the picture out of the glasses. For the movie it was his story. It's suppose to represent everything being a choice. So many people claim to be victims of circumstance. I don't buy it. I like having a reminder.

Gotta keep myself busy being deluded into hoping there's more, even if it's in a hardly credible sci-fi fashion. Keeps me from blowing my head off. :)

Edit: Also thanks f0xx. ^_^

I'm not going to go into details' date=' but we both know this is both true and not true at the same time.[/quote']

Sure. I mean you don't choose if you get cancer. How you deal with it is up to you. I mean, if I did, I'd CHOOSE to be pissed at the world. But at least I know I'd be acknowledging that as my freedom. You can choose to appreciate life no matter what. Again, even if your circumstances are balls, you can't forget you have the freedom to feel about it how you want. Some people forget that. "I have to feel this way. I have no choice." That's what I don't buy.

I tried to make that as concise as possible, because I'm too tired to get any deeper than that.

what happens if you eat both?

Well in the movie since the red pill releases chemical signals in your brain to trick the machines into thinking you're dead, and the blue pill resets you to wake up back in your own world, and "Believe whatever you want to believe," I would assume both would take effect. Since the red pill causes you to go through a series of effects causing you to wake up, I think that would still happen, and essentially get the same result as just taking the red pill. That's my guess.

Bet that was more serious than you expected. :D
