Izzy
So I hate my character greatly, thought it would be good, but its not going as well as I would have liked. I just do not have the time to properlly equipe, and get preppared. With work and a 8 month old that is crawling all over the place now, I find it difficult to find the time. I keep thinking of cool things to roll, but I just find all the races for casters blah. Any suggestions? Maybe I will go human battlemage.
Imoutgoodbye
Take it from someone with a 3 1/2 year old. Kids come first. I suffered multiple mob deaths and PKs. Eventually I just learned not to care about those deaths. It was frustrating, but the smile on my son's face is better than anything this mud has to offer. Healer, however, is the best thing to have when you can't "equip properly" or need a fast get away. It's nearly impossible to lock down and kill a Healer. Try that for a while and sharpen up on the RP skills/etc... Go Herald if you want a cabal. They have some interesting skills and they're always relevant, whether or not anyone wants to admit it. Implementor Anume Posted May 25, 2012 Implementor Report Share Posted May 25, 2012 Agreed on the kids come first. Fortunately the smaller ones still take a really long nap after their lunch, so play then!
Twinblades713
I'm my own baby. I poop all the time, refuse to wear clothes or get ready for anything, I'm always hungry and randomly scream at things. It's Not easy until naptime.
f0xx
My advise is to stick it up. Even though I would rarely follow this advise myself, the satisfaction of sticking it up is extreme.

Filth
A few years ago when I scourged around with Islildien I once wrote in shout outs that I was sorry to leave in the middle of a war, but my (at the time 2 year old) needed me. Someone responded to it by saying, So a little baby is the only thing that can temper Lich (or something like that). But I do agree, your children has to come first. Izzy
I had an awsome idea regarding this all. I am letting the other character go, but I know the perfect combo for needing little equipment, and still having an awsome rp experience when I can not get dressed. Plus I am going to make him a Savant and when I come on I should still be able to rape face........We will see as there has already been some problems with him. We are told to role play from the minute we create our characters and that is exactly what I am going to do! Maybe I will not go Savant, some do not realize when they have a good thing. I have been three Savants in a row, and watched them all flee while I have stayed, because the goings got tough. Yet I feel like I am not wanted. Ps I dare anyone to fight 2 trusted Warmasters, and an elder without a cursed weapon, when you have no weapon and dirt in your eyes all the time.
