Its not too bad. Taste pretty good, and you can control the exact strength of the taste. Not enough and you get end up with weird tasting water. Too much and you get a bitter taste.

I was addicted to energy drinks. Monster, Redbull, Full Throttle, etc etc. I'd have 3-4 a day. Took a very painful week of headaches to get off it lol.

I don't understand people who get themselves addicted to things that are very bad for health... my only addiction is FL.

It's not a purposeful thing for the most part. Some things like smoking, yeah, that I see what you mean. But for me, energy drinks offered a quick solution to being woken up at 0200 and heading out to a fire. Spending the rest of the night there only to have things to do when you get relieved at 0800, time for an energy drink.

A lot of things people are addicted to they don't always realize they are. Just because something is bad for your health doesn't mean it tastes bad or feels bad.

While I can understand you (partially), I think that's more of an excuse. In my long break from FL (4 years, while I was a student) I used to play a game where we would exchange our phone numbers and ring each other when in need. Considering I am euro and there were a lot of americanos in my team (to cover my *** while I sleep), I would often be woken up at 3-4-5 AM. It's hard at the start, but once you get used to it it's not that bad.

I never drank coffee nor I needed it to wake myself up. I don't smoke cigarettes (I used to, when I was young, for a while, to get in the company of a girl I liked), I've smoked weed and taken some drugs just to see what it feels like, but I've never had a problem with stepping away from them.

I've found that people do the most silly things when they have a lot of time in their hands and nothing to do with it.

It's like the saying, "I am not really hungry, but there is nothing better to do, so I will eat something."

Moving a few feet from bed to computer is a little different. I'd consider that deprivation of sleep for a VIDEO GAME to be a little more ridiculous that an energy drink.

You smoked to get attention from a girl, what if it went longer than expected and you got addicted to the nicotine? Things happen. There are reasons people do what they do. Whether it have a legitimate cause or just because they are bored.

I would bet money there is something you are addicted to. Something you have every single day. Everyone has an addiction.

I would like to take the cop out excuse of my dad worked for a cigarette company and that is why I was in the environment to become addicted, but it isnt. I think it factors in just as much as my peers were doing it, but I put the cigarette to my lips noone else. Everyone has a vice, whether it a weed, a video game, an ice cream, etc. I will end up quitting smoking too in my long list of things that have to be cut out so I can have some kind of normal life.
