When hunting with Onija, they showed me their hand-to-hand skill and I am almost dead sure it was 120. Again, I may be remembering wrong, but they did wear a lot of h2h boosting things. Dey Monks start out with being able to get 110% anyways in hand to hand, add a few items and your prof goes up to a make of 120 as far as I can see.
