The Forsaken
You maxed it out. Your own race you can get to 110. All other races 100. (As a monk mind you)
Tantangel
It'll stop at 110 as an Expert in that races anatomy as a Blademaster. If you do expert and master in a single race it'll go to 130 which gives you more critical strike options. So in theory you can have like 3 races in which you can get to 110 and 1 at 120. Depending on Cabal choice and such you might want to go with 2 at 110 and a third at 130.
Filth
I have something to add, rather, I have a question regarding anatomy. Does a blademasters damage scale with anatomy? Or is its only purpose critical strike?
f0xx
IF it does, it must be a small increase, since I never noticed a change. But, I can be wrong. I am curious what else, other than criticals, does anatomy influence? I never bothered investigating though, since you always end up with them mastered anyway. Tantangel
In my experience from both Blademasters/Monks it's more of a chakera strike for Monks and simply critical strike for Blademasters. I could be wrong though.
The-Nameless
I was actually under the impression, through playtesting, that anatomies did have an influence on damage for BLMs
