Imoutgoodbye
In an attempt to assist myself with my health issues, I've decided part of it is dropping some weight. Being 5' 9" and 227 lbs. is not a good thing and is probably part of my issues. I don't look 227, so, it often surprises people when I disclose my weight. I just happen to wear it well and still retain a good muscle core. My ideal weight would be around 185. So, I've created a music list to work out to and it goes like this: I Miss the Misery - Halestorm Porn Star Dancing - My Darkest Days Blood - In This Moment I Get Off - Halestorm Love Bites (So Do I) - Halestorm (yes, 3 Halestorm) Welcome to the Family - Avenged Sevenfold Walk - Pantera Heroes - Shinedown Invincible - Adelitas Way Bullet With a Name - Nonpoint All My Life - Foo Fighters Bleed It Out - Linkin Park What Have You Done - Within Temptation Suggestions for adding or removing songs? Trick
Dubstep is good too. A lot of it depends, honestly, on what I am doing that day. If it's a cardio/crossfit session, I prefer rap/dubsep. Something with a beat to keep me in it. If I am lifting heavy, harder rock for sure. Something that just makes me wanna power through the pain. Any jits or boxing session, doesn't make a difference.
