Dream job interview in 16 hours and have the Flu.

Theraflu always seemed to work the best for me for sh!t like symptoms, above other things. A Zpack, Azithromycin more specifically, would need to be prescribed but is cheap. You can also buy it for around a hundred dollars on a prescription website and forego the doctor's visit. I'd stick with banging down some cough syrup, theraflu, and a few ibuprofen for any swelling anywhere like your sinuses or throat, just for the interview.

When you get up, take three tylenol and three ibuprofen. Drink some warm tea. Remember that because you feel like crap, you're alive, and by showing up, you show that you have balls of steel.

Don't take anything that will make you tired or make it difficult to think. Don't take anything that alters your awareness.

Good luck.

Theraflu is my new drug of choice.

I was extremely worried about being able to keep stuff from spewing out of an orifice in the middle of a two hour interview. And not looking like I was on deaths door.

Would have went regardless but wanted to make sure I looked and thought well enough to answer questions.

Thanks for all the help guys!

Better than expected. I'm an idea person and they were really interested in all the ideas I had to improve the library.

They'll let me know tonight or tomorrow. And I'm keeping my fingers crossed. Running a library has always been something I've wanted to do above everything else.

Running a library sounds... exciting! :)

Good luck!

The best thing I have ever found that made be feel a hell of alot better was Buckleys. You can get it from Walgreens. I have to warn you it tasts like pure crap but I tell you it is worth it. First time I drank it I had no idea the taste and almost threw up so if you go this route take it from me and prepare yourself for a gag or two, but I am telling you I took it with the flu like 2 months ago and by morning I had no fever and was clear all day until my next nightly dose.
