Trick
Not sure how many of you are die hard into working out or not, but a lot of military firefighters transition from firefighting to special forces. It's an easy transition because they are similar in many regards. Those that fail often become firefighters and vice versa. Well, I've been helping a few of my shift mates train for indoc. into combat controller and pararescue. We use this website: http://failuretotrain.com/failuretotrain/Home.html It's absolute hell. But, as they say: “ If you would fight in battle till you die, then you must train till you fail. " -Failure To Train Those that will attempt these work outs, good luck. Those that have the mental fortitude to finish, good work.

Trick
I agree. Currently I still serve and plan on serving for a while now. But, for those that desire to push their mind and bodies to the absolute limits of fatigue, this is the site to get your work outs. I did the 2500 Pool + 30 for 30 yesterday. Was absolute torture. About half way through my body just went numb and I was just on auto-pilot.
