Elrozin
If you look through the Divine Mandate section there are multiple places where one can find rules and not being read up on these is not an excuse. Over the last two days I have seen at least three of these broken, in game and on the forums. Please take the time to brush up on these. There are two I will bring up: 1) As long as there is one active Herald, I expect the rule regarding notes to be adhered to. 2) Logging in and out to reset quests is a No-No. Wait for the quest to expire or log out and stay logged off that character for at least ten minutes. Thank you.
Cephirus
1) As long as there is one active Herald' date=' I expect the rule regarding notes to be adhered to.[/quote'] What is the rule here? Is that about not sending notes to all the clan's and guilds?
Elrozin
Yes, it applies to sending a mass note to all clans/cabals. I believe you have to be a Herald or an Elder/Leader in a cabal to send a note to all. Generally, Elders and Leaders give deference to Herald as a sign of respect if they're aligned with the Heralds. Diplomatic in those cases.
Tantangel
Or a Bard who's level 20+ I believe as well. I honestly never saw a need to post a note to all except to ask for more inductions to your Cabal or to get out word of an event. If you want people to know your RP more, well that's very easy to get word out because eventually you'll get noticed by the right people anyways. After I saw this post though I reread the rules and honestly the two you reiterated were the only ones I openly saw really being broken. Any other ones on there you were eluding to but didn't actually state? Just curious is all.

Kyzarius
2) Logging in and out to reset quests is a No-No. Wait for the quest to expire or log out and stay logged off that character for at least ten minutes. If the quests did not send players on impossible tasks like going into magic, blood, or steel, in the 40's, then folks wouldnt drop quests nearly as often I am sure. The player behavior in this case is a result of bad quests being in the rotation. I know I drop quests when I am on a lvl 41 berserker and get sent to deliver something to winter. Questing is your only real path to 50 in the late lvls these days, and it is buggier the closer you are to 50. I know I have done this out of pure frustration in the past, mainly because I am trying to lvl, nobody is on to group with, xp gains drop drastically when soloing vs risk in this range, then to add to it all you get a 3-day quest that sends you to a place you could not reach in 3-days at your lvl (gauntlet time with insufficent dmg output), and if you tried, you would most likely die and get xp pen. f0xx
I tend to agree with K on this one (please don't ban me for it) When you are rank 42 and are sent to deliver something to the red determinant, you know something ain't right. Tantangel
Try being a level 20ish (and sometimes as early as 15) and be sent to the Cook or the Seductive woman in the Waterfall. Not only do you have to pay for flight, but you risk a chance of dying outright to the deck hands and crewman being aggro and having a high damage output compared to you. Or even the First Mate who one rounded me when I was doing a quest to him and risked not using sanctuary.
the_nightmare
My favourite is sending you to kill Vorholm the overseer of the arena who is immune to all damage.
