You took my words to be pro full looting hmmm, nope I just think a tribunal should get the full same chance to get what he wants or needs from a capture that a watcher would get from the corpse of a Tribunal. I think people just want a sure fire way to get all of their armor back and not give the tribunal the same considerations.

And on a side note if I ever had a tribunal I would get what I want and return the bags. Because I am actually against full looting period.

What the players forget / ignore / disregard, is that what actually gets into the tribunal's bag has already been changed a lot lately.

What does not get inside any more:

- anything oownered

- quest rewards

- malforms / consecrated blades

- cabal armor (recent addition)

So it is far from a fullloot. We ALREADY DID make it a lot easier for the outlaws.

No one stays for a reason, you are right... no one stays in cabal that get overrun by enemies. i have noticed the interest in cabal fluctuate. For several months One cabal Right now it seems Warmaster and Knight are on top. Well it iisnt hard to be on top when you have alot of member that log on at the same time. How many times over the last two weeks have you seen 5-6 knights on and only 1 Nexus. Well I could not count on both hands how many times that has happened in the last 2 weeks. People I have noticed do not like to play the underdog of a cabal and get their asses handed to them every day all day. so they tend to move towards one of these other (IN) cabals at the time, or they decide the combo they rolled was not the best decision and roll another for the same cabal only to get to 50 after training is done and find that they will be in the same cabal alone this time and decide to do something else. I am sorry I dont agree there is a problem with Watcher right now, no one complained much about iit when Covarrubias and the rest of the group there totally **** stomped Tribunal into dust. People dont complain about crap here really until they are on the bloody end of it but it all always fiine when things are going their way.

I am done posting my opinions anymore because all anyone wants to do is complain about those also. Peace.

I'm not going to hop on the full loot fence one side or the other.

I will say this though, in my time here I have won ONE pk battle ever. And that was because the person got greedy and played right into my hands.

My first Pinn was a watcher, I was alone in Watcher for a good chunk of my characters life. Yet only ONCE was I ever full looted by a Trib, and they were 90% of my lives taken. They knew they could beat me hands down, so what would they do, we would RP it out and they would hand me the sack back and plead with me to change my ways. It wasn't terrible and didn't make me want to quit, it made me just once to have the skill to roll with those big boys and make them back off. It might be FL on hardmode, but it was FUN. Because when I engaged them (and I was NEVER nice in character, I would spit and insult them all over the place, because that was my RP) they engaged me back, and it was fun.

This might not apply to all Tribs ever, but Anister and Oppressant were powerhouses, throughout their careers, and they were never jerks to me other than the fact their job was to beat me senseless and lock me up.

Instead of asking why they full looted you, ask yourself what interaction you could have taken to prevent the full loot. This isn't always the case, I can attest to that, but if they are playing as their character instead of just playing a character you always have an option to get your stuff back.

Just my two coppers in the pot.

P.S.: I MISSED YOU GUYS!

Caltraps:

We can use a change with something like this: If caltraps is used on a flying opponent, caltraps duration cut in half.

DECOY

Syntax: decoy

Speed and deception are important tools that ninjas rely on in

their profession. Under the cover of night a skilled ninja is able to

quickly dispatch a decoy confusing his enemy. When an unsuspecting foe mistakenly attacks the decoy, a small mechanism is setoff containing a

nasty surprise.

Additional idea: Lower the lag in half if the skill is used at night and fix it's paralyzing effects.

That is a good one DVD

I always felt it was just lazy to have mobs violate the rules players go by on skill use.

Same thing when you disarm someone, yet they still swing that cleaver wildly every round...while its in their inventory, yeah.

One person mentioned this and it is all I wanted to touch on with the outlaw matter. There is nothing that states the Tribunal must keep everything they get from the bag. Which is far from full looting as anume stated. Unlike it was years ago. Those of you who are against it probably have not had More than one tribunal in your time here. Even as a watcher you still go through at least seven separate occasions of being wanted which should take quite a while if you are cautious at all. And for those first seven times the tribunal gets next to nothing compared to a non tribunal who could finish the kill and choose to loot what they want. Now as a tribunal there is nothing more frustrating than going toe to toe with your strongest enemy for days or weeks and finally defeating them to recieve three items that do you absolutely no good, which is usually what happens when you get three random items. So after a few months, having the opportunity to take what you want and do whatever you choose to with the rest, I think that is quite fair.

Now, as for what I said in the beginning about it taking at least seven warrants before getting outlawed, I know that wasn't the case for some but I have done what I can to ensure it is a rarity.

Now, back to the suggestions. I saw some really good ones.
