WalkingShadow
I have not seen one in quite a long time. Quite a few of the battle clan members are getting the idea that Warmasters have left them in the dust. Though I'm sure my clan member wont be accepted *chuckles* not after I got my a$$ handed to me by Ryden (by the way Ryden even though you where 50 and I was 45 I still thought that battle was great)
Designated_Driver
And now that you've revealed who you are to AT LEAST one person, half the pbase will know who you are by tomorrow morning.

Warpnow
I think its amazingly obviou why there are no warmasters, but alas, if I say it I'll be called a flamer like every other time I try and say something, so I guess I'll just shutup while cabals die away. WarriorCleric
Well if you'd do it without flaming, that would be something new... WC
Warpnow
Okay, tell me how I do. Look at when Tribunal was most powerful. Prax was logged almost constantly. Look at what happened since prax is less present. It dropped. Look at knight right now, Raarg is very active. There are a bajillion knights. Look at syndicate, its imm is more active, its growing. He isn't as active as raarg or prax was, so its only got a couple members. Look at warmaster. It has no members, I don't even the last time I saw the imm outside of wizinvis. It all comes down to imm interaction. People will try for the cabal that they see the imm interacting with the most, it makes them think they have a beter chance. No one is going to try for a cabal that has no imm present. I am sorry, but I think cabal imms should be required to have so much time out of wizinvis. 10 hour a week minimum or something? I mean look what happens when imms don't leave wizinvis, the cabal dies. I understand 100% that imms have alot of duties. I have imm'd on muds before and understand the vast amount of work required in running one. I realize that people can't be doing everything at once. However, the place to cut back on time is not in cabal imms. If necessary, I suggest the mud take on staff members to do nothing but run the cabals. Its just that important I think. But, hell, I've always suggested the staff be more seperate between RP imms and Staff Imms. I just think by having a secondary team of imms running RP, Cabals, Religion, Quests, Plots, ect, the game would move so much faster and be so much more enjoyable. I logged onto a few other muds last week and I found something very interresting. They all had imms that greeted you, showed you around...taught you things. Made you really feel a part of the community and the game. Very newb friendly and it was all done IC. They had imms who were like teachers and mentors and they had imms who filled all kinds of positions making RP almost constant.

WarriorCleric
You're like a broken record playing a really bad song, Warp. Just because you don't like the answer given doesn't mean it's not the right answer. You never listen. First, it's not all about imm activity, it's about player interest. There have always been empty cabals fighting full cabals, why? Because players want to be on the winning team. Warmaster were clearing house not so long ago, weren't they? Now it's another cabal. Do you see what I just did here? I made a blanket opinion and declared it as a truth. Thats all you do, you say the same stupid comments over again, and even when you get the answer, you just ignore it. The imms are there, and they are watching, and different imms have different opinions of what they want, different ways of getting to it, and their opinions are different than yours. And that lovely little mud you talked about, doesn't exist forever. And if thats what you want, why didn't you stay there? Because it doesn't compare to FL, thats why. Their are trade offs, you could have all the imms visible all the time in FL too, but then nothing else would get done. The imms have stated they are not highering on staff they don't trust, and right now I doubt that trust many of the players very much at all, with all the **** thats being said about them. Raargant
WC said 'highering'. Haha. I'm actually probably one of the least actively wizinv of IMM's, because I like to scare the crap out of my Knights when they think they are safe and do something even the teensiest bit out of line. Chayesh
Tribunal isn't down because Prax "isn't around". Prax is around all the time and visible. Tribunal is down because Martineius got run out of town on a rail by the playerbase, in my opinion. Rare purge claimed 2 or 3 inactives, Laneira packed it in because of the incredible amount of shameless ganging (perhaps I'm remembering incorrectly), Cyiak deleted because they didn't want the heat. Tribunal is down because it's DAMN HARD to be one. Everyone who complained the Tribunal was overpowered, probably remembers me stating something about how the real complaint was getting pwned by a Tribunal Vamp and not about the cabal itself. I offer, as evidence, that NO ONE is complaining now since now everyone can gang up and beat down most of them. I guess I can thank Despiser for quitting because that at least dispels the Tribunal complaints. Everything in FL is cyclical. Two months ago, you couldn't spit without hitting a blademaster (or getting wanted). Now I see invokers and rangers everywhere. Four months ago, evil clerics were thicker than flies on Bryntryst's Momma. It goes in Cycles. Senrail was the only one. Senrail gets noteriety foro kicking butt and suddenly an influx of WM's, like WC said. People go where the action is.
Deravgner
nobody even mentioned the fact that Warmasters are overpowered. Thats why you never see any, no one wants to play an overpowered unkillable combo.
Tom
Ha. Evil clerics go in Cycles.
Questioner
I have seen caloth on today, and senrail undoubtedly plays still. Otherwise he would not be a leader. I remember when warmaster had like seven members. The C-man is right. Fl cabal member numbers rise and fall in a cycle. Kinda makes the game more interesting and kinda historic in a sense. You could say you were there when Warmasters were all powerful kick*** warriors, and when Tribunal ruled the cities with a Vampire at the throne. I like it the way it is and ponder what the future holds for FL.
Chayesh
There is most DEFINITELY a power vacuum left in Martineius' wake.

Warpnow
Weird. All my chars -stopped- breaking the law when Marti deleted. I think I just like being against the big bad power, which is now watcher, not trib. Its not just Marti. Trib also lost like all their other tribs at the same time. Its devestating.
