Spark215
I really do not want to do this but my new apartment only - for some stupid reason - supports charter Internet services. For those of you who know charter, it is quite possibly the poorest excuse for interweb. I'm canceling the service tomorrow as they've been out here countless times already with claims that "this will fix the issue." I keep taking disconnect deaths and am quite frankly tired of it - just ask Rathanous and the WMs who keep having to recover the standard for me. Ill be back when I move, so about a year, with a ranger WM as I'm eager to see how powerful it is. See you then, my friends.
Trick
It only supports that company? I've never heard of a place only allowing one service...
Spark215
Neither have I - apparently it's either charter or Verizon, and here Verizon only offers the Internet/telephone package for $50 a month. I am not doing that.
Kyzarius
you should complain. if you raise enough stink with the service providers, making the technician keep coming out, they will increase throughput until the complaints stop. its SOP for cable companies. Spark215
Texas - and I've complained more times than I can count. Like I said, the tech has been out many times, even talked to a supervisor who - upon having no solution - hung up on me.
