Implementor Erelei Posted August 18, 2013 Implementor Report Share Posted August 18, 2013 To encourage communication & to encourage a community feel, we've installed a facebook-like chat onto the forum This does not mean that this should be used as a free ticket to break the rules. Sharing information regarding the game (as in qrace/class information) is still against the rules. ALL RULES regarding the forums are also applicable to the chat bar. DO NOT break these rules. This is your only warning. If you break the rules, or are caught abusing them, you'll be banned from the chat bar indefinitely. You'll also receive a 2 week ban on the forums. Admins can see what you chat if we search your username. This isn't meant to be completely private. Think of it as a snoop system in place within the game. While we value your privacy, if we get any reports of abuse, we'll have no problem pulling the logs. I hope this makes it fun for everyone. Enjoy, guys. If you are found doing it, you will be banned. Edit: Some people have taken this the wrong way. You will receive a permanent ban on the chat bar not the forums. If it were ok to do them in chat then we would just allow anyone to post pk logs. As morlhach said, the chat is not a free for all. It has the same rules as the rest of the forum.
