MeleeCrazy
Been interested about this topic, My great grandfather before he died traveled to Scotland to track down our families ancestors and wrote a pretty detailed family tree that tracks my maternal side of the family all the way back to 1331. I more interested now because I'm entertaining the idea about doing the same for my paternal side. I was wondering how one would go about doing this in England since that is where I believe I should continue looking? I live in the US and don't know really how I would even start or what kind of records are kept in that part of the world. Any ideas? no websites bleh. mya
Churches normally keep somewhat detailed records in my country. Don't know how they do it in the UK.
